Localised lockdowns in extreme cases like Leicester will happen. If business is shown to be cause of an outbreak it will close for a period of time.Trade off for schools opening may have already occurred with yesterday's decision to slow down the opening of society.I expect tomorrow some politician on Marr or Ridge will confirm nothing has been decided.Have a good evening. | jfb1510 | |
