The NAV per share was given at 0.17p per share as per last results. There has been a significant uplift in NAV in terms of the investments you have described but unsure on the contigent liabilities -

Interesting - perhaps worth a punt again. Can anyone confirm - my research shows:

Fitbug : £0.52m
MES : £0.23m
PLEI : let's say that's worth £1m based on £116k profit from the Elms
CLS : £0.06m
Cash : £0.4m (I'm assuming the borrowings are PLEI's)

Plus I have WST as owning 3.77m warrants to buy Fitbug (formerly ADE) at 5p - if so, this would add another £0.13m to NAV.

Even excluding the warrants, that's a total valuation of £2.21m compared to a £0.6m m/cap.

Comments/criticism welcome.

Someone is nibbling, 250k buy

Current holding in fitb is worth £520k at mid price, nearly MC of WST.
This is crazy IMHO

Holding in FITB today about £500k at mid, about £486k at 7.5p bid. That's three quarters of the MC here, makes a nice little take over target perhaps.

More like £265k at FITB bid price but they would never get that price for such a large amount.

Holding in FITB today = £352.8k v Mcap of £600k.
More than 50% Mcap of WST
Value will have to show in WST sooner or later, shame they keep bleeding cash!

The cash balance continues to reduce - most of it has gone to the directors over the last decade. They have achieved nothing of any significance for the last 5 years or so. York Pharma was the only big opportunity to make some money and we all know how that ended up. Cash balances to zero on retirement is my guess!

Well it's about time - this dog needs to do something or be put down! Held for years and the business model just hasn't worked with all money going to the directors. Well, maybe that was the plan all along! Anyway, it needs to do something before it runs out of cash. A reverse takeover or something is what is required.
