20/3/2006 18:30 | WST also hold another £500,000 in warrants. So, over £6m value for £4.5m. PS Give Alirobs link a wide berth. | highland drovers

20/3/2006 18:10 | Totals mid price valuation of WST investments in shares. ADDleisure PLC (ADE.L) £646,200 Cheerful Scout PLC (CLS.L) £230,000 Messaging International PLC (MES.L) £1,050,000 Pantheon Leisure PLC (PLEI.L) £1,968,750 York Pharma PLC (YRK.L) £1,770,000 Total Share Value £5,664,950 Westside Market capital £4,500,000 | highland drovers
20/3/2006 09:18 | CLS only comprise about 3% of WST's NTA; they could double and only add less than 0.25p to the WST share value. YRK and PLEI are the most important WST investments. MES and ADE are also material. The recent rise is, most likely, a belated reaction to recent strength in MES. | mark c graham
17/3/2006 17:04 | How does it have nothing to do with it? WST hold about 20% and with CLS getting rid of the share premium account they could start paying dividends. That would generate a revenue stream for WST, who would then be able to make money without the need to sell their holdings. If it is something else, then what? | highland drovers
17/3/2006 08:48 | It's nothing to do with CLS. WST's stake in them is very small now. | mark c graham
16/3/2006 20:43 | CLS RNS and the rise after that. | highland drovers
15/3/2006 18:52 | Anyone know the reason of todays rise? not that im complaning! As ive bn sitting on these longer than the queens bn on the throne! | crash9

11/2/2006 18:46 | Ssshh HD, keep it quiet - need to top up at these levels before it runs away. | rivaldo
11/2/2006 12:13 | RNS from MES. Doubled on Friday. Contracts in the pipeline. WST hold 20m plus warrants in MES. | highland drovers
16/1/2006 14:47 | RNS from CLS. Substantial increase in turnover and looking to start dividend payments. Also ADE up 40% since year end. All good for WST. | highland drovers
06/12/2005 16:05 | Well someone has clearly had enough and sold their holding in WST. All 10p`s worth. | ursamajorra

27/9/2005 15:23 | HD, I included the upside from the warrants in my calculations, so we come out virtually the same. I see Pantheon is trading at 4p mid - a 1p premium! Interesting to see if the PLEI price holds (ADE's certainly didn't). But at the moment WST's NAV is probably now over 9p. | rivaldo
27/9/2005 14:58 | I make their total investments worth about £6.5m plus the cash in the bank, RTI and warrant holding valuations. | highland drovers
27/9/2005 10:58 | Surely due a re-rating now. | ursamajorra
08/9/2005 13:53 | What a call! | mark c graham
07/9/2005 13:39 | Ticked up today and MMs appear short (will sell 1,000 @ 5p but will buy 100,000 at 4.25p on Stocktrade) so could well be more to come soon. | mark c graham
02/9/2005 23:38 | IC mention only gives the larger holdings that RTI has. They don't mention CLS, not a large holding. I make their total investments worth about £4.5m plus the cash in the bank, the ELMS, RTI and warrant holding valuations. The market capital is a mere £5m, so well short of their actual value. Agree with you that it could become a featured tip, assuming the investments continue perform as well. | highland drovers
02/9/2005 09:01 | Tipped as a "speculative buy" deep in this morning's IC. Hopefully this will eventually appear as one of their feature tips. | mark c graham
27/7/2005 16:17 | New investment - Messaging International - launching on AIM on 3 August. Shame they anounced at 16:17 today, rather than 07:00 tomorrow morning. | mark c graham
25/7/2005 08:43 | An excellent announcement from AddLeisure this morning. I've picked up 100k of them to complement my WST holding. | mark c graham |
