Thanks TEB I agree re PTEC and the 7.50-7.75 range seems overdone, but I am waiting to see how results look shortly before moving on that.888 seem to have decent US interest and surely ready to be taken out

Nou,Of the large caps PTEC is just too cheap at the moment given the SPMoney going into these 2 at the moment but WEB very high risk of course

Well they have a new partnership for that so I'd agree they are well placed. As for SPO I'm struggling to value what they have and certainly it's not a straightforward asset to purchase.

Noujay, GAN I suspect will be the biggest winners in the casino space - I guess they can look at sportsbooks.

SPO are in a strong position re: Sportsbook but are in the middle of being sold so price trading a very narrow range

TEB in your view which are the best placed UK listed outfits as regards Paspa ruling assuming it gets tossed.I have a position in GAN and also some SPO but interested in any other views. I contacted the broker on this one late last year but it doesn't particularly seem to be on the radar.

WEB is a real small player so not really worth bothering with but they do have some nice IP so given how cheap they are it would be an easy entry for someone

Agreed once decision announced there will be a big jump if its a positive outcome.

Nothing is certain but it looks very promising. NFL & NHL on side.

Once the Supreme Court ruling is announced, there will be people talking of a buyout at a multiple of the current price. I prefer not to speculate, as I believe that the risk/reward at 1.05p represents a great opportunity here.

Just mind the gap(up) when the RNS is released.

Insane - look at my top up - £1000 buy shifted the price considerably.

This is a tightly held stock - any serious buying and this will jump 30/40%.

Hmmmmmmm. Might need to try a little more given this price reaction

USA regulated gaming

The Board continued to regularly monitor the progress of properly licensed gambling in the USA, but without committing funds to lobbying. This has proved a successful strategy over the past five years as progress has been slow on a Federal and State level.

We have been encouraged by recent progress and the forthcoming Supreme Court hearing on Sports betting, likely to be held early December, the outcome of which could become a game changer for the USA industry. As a licensed US operator with multiple business strands across almost all the key regulated States in the USA, as well as being well connected in international markets, the Board are aware we stand in an advantageous position to exploit opportunities as they arise.

Within the US and international pool betting market, the Board is very aware that consolidation is a key factor with the bigger getting bigger, similar to the trends being seen in Europe. As a result, the Board continues to assess acquisition opportunities that will assist in developing those economies of scale and for the additional benefit of shareholders.

I have been doing a lot of research this weekend. There are plenty of articles all pointing to a positive outcome via the Supreme Court ruling. Should this bill pass this share will rocket imo.

There is a little stock left at this bargain price and I managed to bag another 100,000+ shares.
