29/6/2022 12:16 | To be fair, by saying nothing the company enjoyed a near 25% share price rise. By issuing an RNS saying they don't qualify to immediately benefit from the ballot which way do you feel the price would go? I am sure the BOD are working hard to try and attract suitors to benefit shareholders but any announcement must be honest, hence the silence. Just my opinion. | mip55
29/6/2022 09:32 | no news good news | vfleetsons@aol.com
29/6/2022 09:03 | Happy to continue holding, I do feel we should have had some sort of comment on the November vote news explaining its implications for Webis though. DC | daicaprice

29/6/2022 07:52 | The Native American option on the ballot would not benefit WEB and the company is actively lobbying against it.The alternative - Californians for Solutions to Homelessness and Mental Health Support - is backed by the seven big online sports betting operators but the actual legislation that flows from this option would have to be changed for it to immediately benefit WEB. The reason behind this is that under the proposed amendment online sports betting licenses would be available to qualified operators for $100 million. In order to get one of those licenses, sports betting operators will need to be licensed in 10 other states, or be licensed in five other states if they own or manage 12 Class III casinos.WEB's best hope of benefitting is a takeover | mip55
29/6/2022 07:05 | Oh well, let’s see what happens it will have got noticed for being 3rd on the leaderboard with no news and no ramping. DC | daicaprice
28/6/2022 20:58 | Not looked into it for a few months, but just not sure that either of the two options for the ballot so far actually favour (ie include) WEB? Hopefully, a RNS tomorrow will allay any concerns. | mcmather
28/6/2022 16:34 | Somebody wanted out with nearly 1.5m shares, an update tomorrow and they may regret. DC | daicaprice
28/6/2022 15:33 | Up 25% and 3rd on the leader board today ... nice :-) | passeridae
28/6/2022 15:21 | Best bit of todays article: Online sports betting would start August 2023 under the commercial measure. DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Barstool and WynnBET have spent over $100 million on efforts to promote signature gathering. With a population roughly twice the size of New York — which quickly became the top sports betting state in the country — California is considered the crown jewel of the market. | ronson333
28/6/2022 15:09 | An RNS tomorrow would be nice, it's given us a chance to pick a few more up cheaply and even if we do 100% they can't issue a "we know of no reason" RNS.DC | daicaprice |
