Important to note that OTCQX is the top tier OTC market. Not the low grade rubbish.

What Is the OTCQX?

The OTCQX is the top tier of the three marketplaces for the over-the-counter (OTC) trading of stocks. The OTCQX is provided and operated by the OTC Markets Group. Stocks that trade on this forum must meet more stringent qualification criteria compared to the other tiers, which are the OTCQB/OTCBB and the Pink Sheets.

KEY TAKEAWAY
The OTCQX is the highest quality tier of OTC markets and offers trading in companies that are not listed on traditional exchanges.
Companies listed on the OTCQX markets have to follow certain rules and criteria and are subject to SEC regulation. For example, they have to adhere to governance transparency and must not be penny stocks.
The two lower-tier venues for OTC trading in the U.S. are the OTCQB (formerly the OTCBB) and the Pink Sheets.

The OTCQX roster, also called the OTCQX Best Market, includes a large number of blue-chip stocks from Europe, Canada, Brazil, and Russia. These large foreign stocks are frequently global household names.

OTCBB isn't from that list, so I don't think OTCQX would be.

Does anyone know if OTCQX is a "recognised exchange" per HMRC? I'm wondering about IHT exemption.......

We might see situations where the US price drives the UK price on market open if there's significant movement overnight in their share price whilst our exchange is shut.

This is fabulous news.
Also...This new U.S. trading facility comes on the back of an already increased level of interest from U.S. investors given the progress the Company is making with significant retailers in the U.S."

Good crack thro £5 and I believe they are presenting at events this week which may give further impetus so £5 could well be just a distant view in the rear mirror before long
My 565 near term tgt will get reviewed on next trading update.

CEO results comment sums it up well...

"The Group's global market share remains modest, and I believe we are very well placed with our high-quality focused offering to see significant further growth."

Indeed @techtrader5; some traders, like Qullamaggie and Minervini (Momentum for the latter) like this set-up when it is coupled with declining volume into the apex.
Unfortunately, volume here is thin/illiquid and clouded by the large placing volume.

Of course, never pre-empt a break-out but this one has now confirmed to the upside.
Break-outs, in my experience recently (there have been a lot in the markets to the upside) can re-trace giving the opportunity for a second "bite at the cherry", when short-term traders can't resist "taking profits".

Inditex (ITX on Madrid) looks like it's priming for one too... but maybe a bullish "Flag" (?) and it has declining volume. In a long term consistent uptrend at about CAGR of 65%. (Q1 results on 5 June).

Good luck... always!

Yes I had spotted that sogo and with the events next week, volume might be high enough to push this thro £5 and upward.

Classic TA Break-out, this time Break-above, from a falling triangle (wedge) on the Daily chart.
Spot on!

(Could have been a Break-down... but don't tell anyone. Lol).
