No dilution QS, no. Of shares is the same. Imo it’s become more investable now that less than 50% is controlled and any nonsense talk of taking private is now a thing of the past. They will no doubt sell another tranche at £10 and so on, it’s what they do it’s called risk management not having all your eggs in one basket, top slicing if you will.
So QS buy a book and try to learn something, and ffs don’t short the most successful co on the market

Bought a few more today, lots of buying (on LSE's info) few sells.

Guess we have to wait for a trading update to see meaningful share price rise OR will institutional buys move the share price quickly?

Any thoughts on that and when to buy more gladly welcomed.

I think this share sale is good for all shareholders including the directors who sold.

There will now be more liquidity and demand for shares will have widened into institutional holders who otherwise would have stayed off the register as there were insufficient shares available to get a meaningful holding. Some funds will not buy into companies with free float below certain levels and especially if directors have over 50% of the shares.

The directors have de-risked their own huge investment whilst keeping the majority of their holdings. It is also important to note that they do not take huge salaries unlike many directors of even smaller, less successful companies so I do not begrudge them a penny.

They are a great management team and you can meet them at Mello2024 where they will I am sure answer any questions on this.

I would assume why this is why they released shares. They can take profits at 450p then the extra release of shares allows for institutions to buy now. Allows for an increase in share price hopefully.I could be wrong, DYOR
