That's about as good a set of results as I can recall seeing for many years. It's come along way but the platform remains for a lot of growth still to come, if they can continue to execute.Also my biggest position too by some distance now.Has the potential to become another Fevertree - time will tell. But nice to be onboard

2 other things worth calling out;

"Margins in Q1 were robust and better than those achieved in the full year 2023"

That admin expenses in H223 were only £100k higher than H222, meaning that 99% of the £7.9m improvement in gross profit fell through the the bottom line

Pretty stunning in combination.

If that trend continues as the business scales into Walmart & other US chains then the sky is the limit - as the Elf Beauty story in the US evidences...

Walmart was the unexpected wildcard that's made things even more bullish here;

"Significant Christmas order received from Walmart in the US, for W7 and Chit Chat product and in discussions to stock the Group's all year round product"

There are 4615 Walmart stores in the US, let's make an assumption that W7L ends up being stocked in 60% of them in the next 2 years and that average daily store sales are only $25, giving daily Walmart sales of $69,225. That would equate to $25.2m sales per annum... vs FY23 US revenue of £7.3m.

Now I've no idea whether 60% Walmart penetration within 2 years is feasible, or whether $25 sales per store per day is sensible, but if they've already placed a significant Christmas order then I'd say they must think demand will be there.

Well a fiver hit (almost) before I expected. This is a tough barrier to break and would normally take several attempts. Looking a little overbought in the short term but if they continue to knock it out the park my 565 tgt should be achieved this yr.

Perhaps the Board should be thinking of a move from AIM on to the FTSE350?
That would allow more institutions to buy in and make the company "respectable".
