27/6/2019 22:49 | I think somethin is about to kickoff... | knighttokingprawn
27/6/2019 20:46 | Blackrock reducing its short? | tickboo
27/6/2019 15:56 | Couple of big clean blocks going through on unchanged price.. | knighttokingprawn
26/6/2019 19:48 | owenski Dealing direct and through dealers requires expertise ,tact and a certain amount of sensitivity. I had this problem for many years and always tried to shaft the dealers . Direct sales always prevail. | jackdaw4243
26/6/2019 14:13 | That's exactly what I thought. What are Alibaba doing? Haven't heard owt from them. How's the IBM SQL product being received? Painful really. They've clearly got great products but are struggling to monetise effectively. That needs to change and fast. | tickboo
26/6/2019 14:08 | Kinda odd that they get this deal via direct marketing and not through the partnership route, makes you wonder what all these premier league partnerships (inc. Alibaba) are actually doing. | owenski
26/6/2019 12:04 | If they need another raise I agree surely it's cheerio to DR. | tickboo
26/6/2019 11:44 | Nimbo1 Another fund raise may have conditions, like a change of management or additional representation. | jackdaw4243
26/6/2019 11:35 | The forecast is some $32m this year and with $4m in Q1 albeit it's a slow Q and up some 38% year-on-year it's still $28m left which is a rather large sum. Is wand setting itself up for another fall. The interim report on Sept will be interesting. We didn't get a H1 update in July 18 given how poor it was so it'll be interesting to see if there's one this year. | tickboo
26/6/2019 10:31 | True, but I don't feel wand have been transparent about their prospects for a long time - plenty of hype and continued slow delivery. Appreciate it is not necessarily their fault in the real world everything takes forever! However the promotional DR does not sit well with me in the context of the numbers the company has been delivering. Can all change of course with one transformational microsoft deal etc. | nimbo1
26/6/2019 07:22 | IF....... There are a number of scenarios where we will be falling over our selves to participate in another raise... context is everything | knighttokingprawn
26/6/2019 06:50 | if that's all they've managed to do since the last placing they'll be another fund raise - just a matter of time. | nimbo1
26/6/2019 06:04 | Heads up China Deal! | knighttokingprawn
25/6/2019 11:26 | KTKP Yes some sore heads. I have just checked companies house to see if the accounts have been filed for Wandisco International, they haven't. Not that it will change much from what we know already but a bit more detail would be interesting. | jackdaw4243
25/6/2019 09:22 | Blackrock also slightly increased its short on 11 June. I imagine given the drop they'll reduce it soon enough and take profit. | tickboo
25/6/2019 09:19 | Yep it's depressing. I did well to sell some in Feb at 7.50 or so. I plan to buy a fair chunk back but will wait a little longer. The news on the JEDI contract won't be delivered before the end of July as it's going through the US courts re the pitch process. I plan to buy before the announcement there. Could push into August but don't wanna be on the sidelines if that goes as I expect/hope. | tickboo
25/6/2019 08:56 | Jack!, dont mention £12 ........ it hurts too much , I am hearing II buyers there still long ( a bit lower actually £8 and upward )... They bought for news .., it didnt come .... it will. | knighttokingprawn
25/6/2019 08:14 | Well broke a rule and added to an offside position this morning £4.30 . Getting down to some peoples entry level and others wondering why they didn't sell from £12.00 down. | jackdaw4243
24/6/2019 16:26 | Yep today was a mauling and even so much below the last raise it may look toppy to some. | tickboo
24/6/2019 16:02 | Gonna take a bit to get back through 500 again and stay there imo | owenski
24/6/2019 10:44 | DR talks a great story, but where is the money, lol | owenski
24/6/2019 10:29 | You'd think 4.40 is a great price given it's some 20% below the last raise. Wand seemingly produce great products but the issue is monetising. They've traditionally burnt a lot of cash so they'll need a super H2 which isn't beyond the realms. DR certainly talks a good game but I assume those who took part in the last raise would've known the accelerated growth in the raise prior didn't materialise so I assume he must have had some compelling arguments that this time will be different. | tickboo
24/6/2019 10:12 | Well I bought a few at 4.40...lord knows if the right thing to do. However I simply cannot believe you can do a fund raising (rights issue - not sure as done at a premium?!) at a 10% premium to the market without the buyers being told a pretty good story. Techno a close back above £5 would I think put a good floor under the share price whilst leaving any shorts put on today in a fairly uncomfortable position... But there is a degree of jam-today-itis about the share price which we’d all like to see underpinned by some good revenue nos. | redrag1
24/6/2019 08:36 | They certainly need a decent Q2 to keep some interested. I've been reducing my position here to buy elsewhere and although we're down in the doldrums I'm looking to buy a decent chunk back before the end of July. This who took part in the last raise must be a little peeved to see us £1 lower. DR has to deliver, simple as. | tickboo
24/6/2019 08:30 | Written for the short sellers ... the revenue issue are not actually correct , subscription revenue brings down the size of the take vs upfront licence .. doesn’t really tell us much about underlying business momentum .. But bears have the upper hand here until these guys can show some execution Come on DR talk to us !!! | knighttokingprawn |
