05/11/2018 11:30 | Imo there are two charty type reasons for expecting an initial bounce to around a fiver. Past that, we'll see. | horneblower
05/11/2018 11:21 | It's going to take some good volume to get this going. Sensible shorts will have placed stops. approx 420-440 ? It all helps! | bamboo2
05/11/2018 11:17 | From here it’s about if sellers have been exhausted or not... it was a brilliant short at 12. From 4? Not so sure — even if I wasn’t long i wouldn’t short it. Appreciate the different views though. | nimbo1
05/11/2018 09:48 | Your points Asagi and Owenski are well made; note however that this deal is roughly equal to the whole of ROW revenue for whole of 2017. | cerrito
05/11/2018 09:29 | Thanks bamboo - good luck! | nimbo1
05/11/2018 09:09 | Price has been contained within a steep down channel since early Sept '18. A potential turn last friday looks like it will follow through and price break out. Taken a few. Target 500 | bamboo2
05/11/2018 08:56 | Sounds like a direct sale and not the result of all these partnerships, it's also for only $1m - and only a proportion of which is recurring revenue, but doesn't indicate how much is recurring. Seems small potatoes for what's expected and needed, it's still a 169m M.cap that burns cash and is expected to earn revenue of only $20m for coming year. Need evidence of a lot more traction here. | owenski
05/11/2018 08:50 | the trouble is, this announcement doesn't shake the worry that WANDisco is not selling enough of its Big Data and Cloud software. A few more of these needed before the year is out. Asagi (short WAND) | asagi
05/11/2018 07:23 | Wand contract win - $1mm with a Chinese existing client...might help the mood music. | redrag1
01/11/2018 09:03 | Wand trade at 4x Bookings( probably actually lower than that) Ceo CTO and CFO are buying stock IBM oem relationship is doubling down on JV spend. IBM have made a huge bet in Hybrid cloud with RHT MSFT co sell is likley to convert to OEM MSFT revenues likley to be announced this CY Core share holder base havnt sold despite the biggest rout in Tech for several years and a huge drain in liquidity in small and mid cap. Company has cash to execute beyond 2019. These are the facts as I see them .. | knighttokingprawn
31/10/2018 23:12 | Hard to understand some of these posts, talking the book up or down | jackdaw4243

31/10/2018 21:30 | They knew what was coming with the deal flow prior to the latest results, then the big ticket sales news flow dried up, and suddenly the business model has changed to cloud based subscription sales. I think they need to show the money this time round. 20m revenue projection is a low ball achievement, it'll still be burning through cash and it's on a high valuation, needs to earn that with a bit of proof. | owenski
31/10/2018 19:32 | Appearing in h2...which is now. So you either buy now or wait and see for results. They need to appear though and they’ve said about 4 times they’ll meet expectations so pressure is on! | nimbo1
31/10/2018 19:03 | Just do not see how or why this company should progress, they just seem to be unable to drive business, tickboo, you should have taken some profits at £10, even if you were buying around this level originally DR.talks a good story, but something is not right with either their product or business model, where are the revenues! | bookbroker
31/10/2018 18:57 | I bought some sub £4 too so now sitting on 62,500. Good to see director buys albeit not huge amounts but they obviously think there's value down here. | tickboo
31/10/2018 14:24 | i just matched the director buys from this morning. Matching the director buy price will hopefully be ok short and medium term. GL | nimbo1
31/10/2018 08:23 | Difficult to time the market, but I've been adding recently on this sell-off. Good to read directors see value at this level. | aishah
31/10/2018 08:12 | Small ticket but a big deal Get on board guys ... | knighttokingprawn
31/10/2018 07:27 | A couple more 'steady the ship' director buys, £40k a pop, not too shabby but considering their wage packet and options it's not something that fires me up, lol Need a bit of news here and some figures to prove the revised new business strategy is working. M.cap still high for a cash burner with only $20m expected revenues. | owenski
31/10/2018 00:32 | Can understand your view but it's in a different place now with Azure, Alibaba et al on board. I guess that they'll turn a profit in FY19. They've taken a while finding their feet but I think the foundations are there for massive growth. The space is growing massively and will do for a good while. If they can't make a success if it they're clowns. | tickboo
30/10/2018 22:50 | WAND been around for ages...much jam tomorrow...burning cash. | tsmith2
30/10/2018 22:28 | True re value vs revenue and loss making but there can be few questions on its potential and with cash burn set to reduce coupled with cash in hand I don't expect any more dilution. We'll see if FY18 forecasts are hit as the recurring revs should make this look a lot better. | tickboo
30/10/2018 20:22 | This is loss making, losing cash and valued at £150mn..toppy.. | tsmith2
30/10/2018 16:57 | Is that after hours 35,107 a worked sell? Strange the share price is down if it's a buy. | tickboo |
