We're delighted that 1943:Berlin Blitz won Best VR Experience last night at the Broadcast Digital Awards 2019. We did this in collaboration with the @bbc, in which we used real archived footage to help recreate this historic event. #WeWon #VR @BroadcastDigi

THIS is where they are hoping to make their money....their platform.
Twitter is fill of excited students exploring virtual reality/augmented reality as a creative medium especially in education, medical education and so on.
It will get more everyday in my opinion.

VR Education said it had signed a three-year commercial agreement with South Korean digital content company D'Carrick.

The agreement provided VR Education with an entry point into the South Korean education market for its online virtual learning and corporate training platform.

It provided that, for a fee of €70,000 per annum, D'Carrick was permitted to roll out VR Education's virtual reality platform to a set number of students in South Korea, with additional fees should it exceed this number.

It also allowed D'Carrick to re-sell the platform with 30% of revenue generated being paid to VR Education.'
this is only a month ago and South Korea is ahead of the pack in technology.

SORRY HAVING such a good time over at BIDS ...Bidstack...not spending enough time on my other plays!
Will look into it but sure they are hoping to get teachers and various interested in their platform,so they can produce their own content,I believe.
Don't forget Apollo and WW1 are just their show pieces I believe.
