There's plenty of stock out there from those investors who have been locked in since the suspension and can now get out. Buyers should just be patient.

Skinbod,

Just tried to buy on selftrade, started with 25k then got bored when my 3,750 was denied. So put an order into the brokers at above market rate.

Stock is tight

Trying to get some of these is not easy;

5000 went thru' @ 25.64p after 10000 was deemed over mkt size.
Next 5000 - no deal, come back in 2 minutes.
Then "we can't get a quote on this security"

Tight market...

Just had a look back at some of the recent announcements. They paid out the second earn out payment to Dewynters of £1.5m in Dec 08 which was slightly more than the earn out of the first year £1.466m. This was for the period Nov 07 to Nov 08, so would indicate a consistent performance throughout the year. Will be interesting to see if they mention anything about recent months trading in the interim results, the recent trading update was IMO reasonably bullish. Barclays also buying(?)/acquiring 800k shares in March can only be seen as positive again IMO.. Would be nice to see these back up to the highs of last year.....

also like TAL Ten Alps, this does look like a decent value play.

the markets in recent weeks has started to view debt differently and the risk appetite has risen from government bonds, t - Bills to equities and corporate bonds. I think we are seeing signs of returning to valuing companies on tried and tested metrics

TS, You're right about interest cover and cash generation. But as you also note 'debt isn't in vogue at the moment' - and that's a major reason the shares sunk so low in the first place. So any lessening of the debt or moves to pay it down will be well received by the market.
Personally, I'm reasonably relaxed about the debt, particularly in comparison to the NAV.
This company has always been underrated since I started following it. I look forward to the time when it's rated fairly!

The critical thing is what those results and accompanying statement will be. Progress in paying down debt will be a major factor in how the results are received by the market. Any sort of good news and the shares will be re-rated rapidly. Fingers crossed we get good news!

I suspect we will get a decent run up ahead of the results, highly illiquid so wont take any sort of buying to get this running up.

someone just paid 24p

These could be 50p. Currently on P/E of what???

OK, so we got debt, but with good EBITDA figs later this month,
these could bounce & catch up the market...
