City hates Fan as do hundreds of small punters who bought in to high, however the large debt works both ways, and on the up profits jump in lumps. To me now is the time to start buying as the end of tax year dumpers are about to leave town.

So, someone bought 6%, WHY, in my view they Know they are not going bust, and could 10 bag from here in smart order.

Few points here, The stock is a give away if any profit is made this year, the west end is doing well [packed mid week shows.] The only bad bits for fan are the investment and eventsbut they are not now a large part of the group.

If they make it through the down turn this will be seen as a silly price

I have been accumulating this share and at the moment I think I have over 1% ...Dead risky I know but maybe seller is just someone who is desperate to get out or wants to for tax reasons ???

the main prob seems to be the high level of debt

not just t1ps Brando. Every publication under the sun tipped this, from IC to What Investment and Money Observer.

Worth my subscription fees, obviously...

May time for results, more clarity then, but could be an extremely UV share IMO if today's announcement is anything to go by! IMO of course...

Well if trading is in line with management expectations: i.e. from what I can see the consensus shows them to be materially profitable, then surely the debt should not be an issue egoi IMO? Key thing to me is their latest deal is working well.

Its market cap therefore IMO looks odd still, lets see!

A banker an asset, well it's a novel idea! -:))

Actually not a bad trading update, though nothing said about the debt.

Noticed the new non exec chairman was at Allied Irish Bank for 25 years, the same bank that First Artist have secured the new loan to finance the aquisition of Spot Co. He should be a great asset in this current environment.....

I also noticed on the First Artist website that Sulley Muntari is a client. Whilst the fee was undisclosed I bet it was also big! The fee when he signed from Udinese to Portsmouth was thought to be around 5-7m, should think Inter Milan paid a fair bit more.
