VOG (holding company) were put into admin on 20th FEB. This gives them protection against any action by RSM. GDC continues to sell gas in Cameroon and operate normally.

I thought illustrious was appropriate lol. After all Vog have been winning awards for there hard work in Cameroon. “Build it and they will come”. Remember that famous sentence. More like “ Build it then run”,with the shareholders cash, lol.

"hi investors ! Thanks for funding our on going salaries and keeping the board in champers and caviar. Everyone employed is getting paid still but nothing to share with the shareholders. Problem here, is that BOD with help of lawyers en accountants manipulated assets into debt in a long term preconceived scam.Economic hitmen steel company assets by proxy...

The company ,despite these "assets" never made a profit. 15 years of sucking in money.
Any asset valuation attributed to the pi`s will never be seen.Why ? because small pi`s will be outvoted. Prepare for a shafting.

I don't expect VOG to relist.

It will be bought out. Even after the debts are taken are accounted for there is significant asset valuation.

Kevin Foo set this company up to steal money from shareholders. He did this very well. It is hard to prove anything because of all the offshore companies he created. Truth is he’s a frukin thief out and out. His family are thieves because he used their names to set up companies. I wish to frucked I could prosecute the lying, thieving fruking fraudster.
