Don’t trust a word. End of the day Kevin Foo still has his hands in this pie somehow. He’s a liar, thief and fraudster. He strung everybody along including suppliers and shafted us all. He should never be allowed to go anywhere near a company for the rest of his scumbag life!

Hi Sensemun. I’m the same as other posters, having registered for future emails yet none received. Longterm holder, 200,000 shares at 65p. Glad you posted Foo’s numbers, watching like a hawk here. Foo’s not going to get off lightly here, surely someone can bring that CxxT down a peg or two or ten.

Difference between administration and a trading administration

As the name suggests, during a trading administration, the company continues to operate during the period it is in administration. Trading administrations are often utilised in the administrations of retail chains or instances where recovery of the business is likely. If the eventual plan is for the company to be sold as a going concern, then a trading administration is more likely to be utilised as companies typically retain more value if they continue to trade.

Don't forget GDC does generate revenue of about $35-$40 million per annum of which we get 57% of.

As for West Med, it is not an asset it is a liability and furthermore it is in Russia.
Better ask Foo why he bought it (and what he got out of it!) You can forget that and Kerk.

A prudent Board of directors with integrity would have sold the company to a well financed oil company before this. However they would have lost their jobs so they didn't.

will be interesting to see how much Foo gets to buy GDC for from the administrators.. no doubt an underhand brown envelope deal has been sorted in the background..

The only outstanding question is when will FOO relist on AIM and start his merry go round again!!!
