They all have us fooled. Kevin Foo made it so complicated with all the offshore companies he created that nobody will ever get to the bottom of it. I tried but the trail of fraud was immense. All a huge complicated bag of shrite.

You were right about one thing back then . Kelley had been in charge for a year..
now 2.5 years and achievements to date that benefit shareholders ? 0

Certainly kept the salaries coming in for the BOD and employees.No point reminding the BOD that their primary function is to serve the shareholders..


Forget Kerm and West Dead.
VOG loses money..Now vog is in huge debt.Even if they could get a deal for Matanda in the current climate of rising interest rates and green politics all this talk of capital raising is pie in the sky.
My guess is any deal will keep a few noses in the trough and shaft the shareholders.. That means you Fenn/RF68. Bend over and brace yourself.

VOG have signed a LOI with RSM that settles the $6 million debt over numerous years.

VOG now in the final stages of getting more debt finance or as a last resort a placing.

VOG will be back to market sooner than you think.
