The claim is on GDC, not VOG.
Surely it won't be the case that VOG is going to give GDC away to RSM Production Corporation and other creditors?

Meanwhile the parties, who are partners in the Logbaba project, continue to work together to maximise the value of the Logbaba field."

News of a "counterparty"...More grief.

Owing to the financial uncertainty created by the ICC Award against GDC, the Company's shares were suspended from trading on AIM as announced on 4th April 2022. The suspension of VOG's shares remains in place whilst the Company attempts to finalise a settlement with RSM as noted above. A further announcement will be made later this month to update shareholders."

The rns describes the company`s position as "precarious" but no mention of any extension to the 6 month period before de listing.

So I reckon the company will continue to trade (they are still selling gas and condensate)but we are building up to a further shafting of the shareholders.
Even if sold there would be nothing left after debt ..
One benefit is Kev might be shafted too...depending on how solid his debt is linked to the company legally.
