Dusty ,if they have been granted an extension(six month rule) on the basis of future positive events, and provided proof of this, they should indeed inform shareholders.
The grey area is of course with the shares not actually tradeable,and suspended they might be exploiting a loophole.
Either way as you say .Shareholders have never been the company`s priority. I mean why bother ,they only own the company?
The BOD who have a fiduciary duty (but none of them have a big stake)to shareholders are still being paid.

If you don’t mind me asking, but how do you know this. I’ve emailed and phoned, yet no reply or answer. Isn’t it the duty of the board to keep shareholders informed at all times. Obviously there’s different rules in play here.
