Come on people! When has anything done by anyone on the board benefitted shareholders?
Shareholders are for milking and giving top boys a nice trough to stick their snouts in.
This has been clear for nearly ten years. The fact the shares looked cheap FENN.....made no difference. They have been producing gas and condensate for soooooo long and directors and ceo etc... all making a nice living. Their primary duty is to the SHAREHOLDERS. Of course they never bought many so why bother....

Watched the blades putting it right up the Wrectum. lol Shame FENN. As a "proper" supporter you still support them...but maybe not "Ned" Kelley anymore.

ps I went home and away to spurs matches for 20 years. When you have done that you can criticize me.

Wrexham bottled it against Sheffield just like they do with the league every year.

I`m surprised you can afford it Fenn! Having lost a fortune in vog. Maybe your mate Roy will buy next year`s season ticket, he should have a spare £300 lying about.

The Board are not listening..The asset value will be stripped out furking the shareholders..in other words, Normal service.
Meanwhile the BOD and Roy still pulling in a salary and expenses as payment for their superb management.

Although unlisted there is nothing to stop shareholders using this forum in order to communicate with the board. We just need to organise what holdings we have .....

VOG will do what it takes to keep the principals earning and guzzling from the trough.
You did not organize and now you are to be stripped of any shareholder value.

Inform and instruct the Office of the criminal prosecutor with facts, and ask them to start a criminal investigation by the special departements of police/LSE

Biggie, I know briefly how the law works, you need a crown prosecution or similar to initiate criminal proceedings not a lawyer, you can make a civil claim but I'm not sure what you could base it on without proven criminality, currently there are no pending criminal proceedings nor even a criminal investigation that can be followed up with a civil claim.."I will instruct my lawyer accordingly. They are all talk and no action dusty. I suggested an action group on the LSE board years ago but apathy reigned.
