More smoke and mirrors. The concrete testing equipment probably costs a fiver.

They are not raising cash for investment. The RNS says “ in addition to general corporate and working capital purposes.”

The securing of an in-house concrete and mortar testing capability is viewed by the Directors as essential for supporting the Company's ongoing CementeneTM admixture developments, and helping the Company towards securing BS934 accreditation.

I thought cementene was going through certification process ages ago?
WTF was that all about??
Should we presume then that it failed and therefore needs further development??

Placing at 0.065p before 31/07/2024.

I was wrong about this company and now concede the negatives were right from the very outset.

If they had a partner that was interested in their Cementene admixture they would not need to be raising money for - "an in-house concrete and mortar testing capability".

I also suspect they cannot sell the two mature businesses and to close them down would incur sizeable redundancy costs.

AVOID.

"42%? Lol"

So, what figure would you put on it? The 52 week low in June is given as 0.058 but I've erred on the conservative side.

"You would be wise to sell ..." Really? What qualifies you to give that advice? What difference does it make for you if many people decided to follow it?

42%? LolAny rise you have seen is merely another cynical forward selling scam. No one is buying it, and you would be wise to sell and not be left holding the baby when this latest discounted placing is announced.
