And sheepie armageddon has arrived, down 20% plus today with a raise in the 1's looking like the only financing route available. There really have been some stupid posters on this share over the last few years and amazingly enough some remain.

From release...

'However, in order to further reduce the Company's cash expenses the non-executive directors, including myself, have agreed to waive any remuneration from the Company indefinitely. The executive directors' pay is also being reviewed.'

When will the review happen - this week would be a good idea.

US Government giving plenty of help to 'real' tech companies.

What about some help from our UK Government, or some orders..

Or will the US just 'hoover' Versarien up.. thinking allowed..

Was,this why the greedy petulant Rickkets got the boot as he refused a pay cut ?
Leigh was just as bad pigging out on shareholders.
3 or 4 years too late in cutting costs while funneling further millions into Rickkets and leigh's account which was their only concern.

I am a big believer in the technology. Particularly the textiles and concrete sides as they are late stage. With the right team in place there is a huge amount of money out of this.

It is a positive they have engaged with a turnaround specialist.

I will keep a watching eye.

That statement wouldn't look great to potential customers. A business on its knees, focusing on just staying alive as opposed to the delivery of products.

He's spot on there Fest. This government can't even fill a pothole let alone build houses. Carpet bagging is an excellent description. Let's see how this new found focus goes. NERD seem to have traction with concretene, we have cementine to offer.

"Despite these cost reductions, the Company will require further funding to support its activities. The Board is evaluating all appropriate options, including the proceeds from any disposals, potentially available grant income, possible interest from strategic investors and the potential issue of additional equity, together with the appropriate quantum and timing of any such funding. At this time it is not possible to be more specific on the type of funding that may be secured."

Question is - How much will the funding be below current SP? Will PI's even get an opportunity to participate?

If they had any real confidence in the company then Chris and Steve would take half their pay in share options.

It’s all blah , blah , blah and we’re skint and don’t know where we can get another load of dosh from to keep us going because we are light years away from break even.
