That's exactly what they do, they send you a 'We have received your complaint' letter and promise to get back to you.

Then when you follow up with them, they say they can't comment and won't tell ANYTHING, especially so if they have failed in their fiduciary duties.

They are untouchable.

JohnHenry, can you try reversing the polarity on your Stochastic Oscillator indicator? Might make the share price go up again.

Next time I'm over 200% in profit, I promise to myself I will take some off the table and just bloody spend it. Thi afternoon I've also bought some biscuits from ALDI. Another mistake I promise I won't be making again. Pfft.

I use a Stochastic Oscillator indicator which is still heading down, despite todays move higher.When this turns higher i would have confidence in calling support.

Very little appetite on L2 Festario, i think it was pumped up earlier from a technical dead cat bounce. It would appear the market doesnt think yesterdays low of 55p is low enough. I was surprised when 55p wasnt tested earlier, i think a retest is needed before a move higher has legs.
Now the traders are departing theres no new buying to fill the gap. Thers only about 50K of stock been bought in the past hr so you can see demand has fallen right off.
Maybe news tomorrow ?????????

Festario its going down on low volume selling and no buying.They are hardly going to take the price up if there is no demand.

Very little strength behind today move higher, very little buying volume ,market lacks any conviction to move the price higher.

Super, looks like ADVFN have integrated this PLUS+ feature into the free BB, so it seems inevitable that people will start using it - it's already being used by people to bring threads to the top of the listing on the free BB list. Not sure how well it will catch on and whether it will be a useful addition.

Technicals show this AM the share price moving up and testing the downtrending 8 EMA 67.5p which has acted as support during the up move.
A move above would be needed to confirm a new leg higher and a reversal to this short term down move.
Still a lot of retail sellers out there.
