14/12/2017 08:03 | Fair comment LO. Picking up on SuperG comment from yesterday, if 3 out of 7 majors have been connverted into collaborations so far with the rest still in play, plus more to follow, that is a remarkable sucess rate. I'm not a sales man but that seems quite staggering. The ISO standard news is the game changer here. VRS has announced they believe they will meet the standard. Most other graphene companies remain quiet. If graphene is the next gold rush, we have a stake in the best mine. At the assay office, the others have fools gold. Nanene is selling itself. And NR looks born to this. Aimo. Gla. Best ellis. | ellissj
14/12/2017 07:53 | Urigem Good post and fits my view, however I think there will be plenty of news near term so it will keep things ticking over. I see some on twitter keep tweeting to Musk. No need he is well aware of Graphene. | superg1
14/12/2017 07:45 | Most good chartists will stress that it is based on probabilities Elliss, the real truth is that nobody knows, not even the mm's 13-Dec-1717:48:02 60.00 126,265 It does look as though they have a supply at 60p though. | luckyorange
14/12/2017 07:44 | Hi All TBH i'm quite happy for these to drift/drop for now, I bought at the top (whoops) but i think the daily call for an RNS is a bit silly, it will only lead to disapointment and will eventually drive NR nuts! Not added yet, but time to do so is approaching. Need to take a slightly longer view than a week with something like this otherwise you will never hold on to long term gain's anyway, the impatience will set in and then move on to another Hot RNS stock (only to repeat the same mistake) Personally, on an investment like this i ignore the share price (to a point) and ask myself if the reason i bought in has actually changed? if it hasn't then its more a lesson ones self, than the fault of the company for not issuing more news. May add today if we see more weakness, Good luck to all holders | urigem
14/12/2017 07:41 | What's the Brexit nonsense. It has nothing to do with a worldwide product that can be used in many 1000's of products. | superg1
14/12/2017 07:38 | Fwiw my instinct was to call 65p as the bottom and buy around there. Went down from there as we know, and I topped up at 60p. After large falls I'm hoping yesterdays low was as bad as it gets for now and that we are in oversold territory. On the basis the wrong sort of speculative news and people are affecting the share price short-term. I'm not a chartist though. And equally as they, could be wrong...or right ! Aimo gla lth best ellis | ellissj
14/12/2017 07:37 | Morning - sector news. Now I know Superg1 will tell us DCTA is a basket case as a company but their oil/chemical-clean-u Directa Plus and GSP SA collaborate to evaluate oil & gas applications for Grafysorber® Signed binding letter of intent to conduct field tests of graphene-based product for water decontamination in oil & gas industry Directa Plus plc (AIM: DCTA), a producer and supplier of graphene-based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, announces that it has entered into a collaboration with GSP SA. Headquartered in Romania and part of the GSP Holding group, GSP SA operates in the global oil & gas industry and it is working with Directa Plus to evaluate the use of Grafysorber®, the Company's graphene-based product for environmental applications, in the removal of hydrocarbons from contaminated water emanating from oil & gas activities. The companies have signed a binding letter of intent ("LOI") to conduct field trials with a view to entering into a commercial agreement during the first half of 2018. Giulio Cesareo, Chief Executive Officer of Directa Plus, said: "We are pleased to have entered into this collaboration with GSP SA who will be evaluating and implementing Directa Plus technology in their activities in the oil & gas industry. GSP SA owns ships, offshore platforms and oil fields that represent several interesting application areas with high potential for Grafysorber® to be successfully used. This is another great opportunity to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of Grafysorber® in the field. We look forward to successfully completing the trial phase and to establishing a commercial agreement." Under the terms of the LOI, GSP SA will commence on-field trials in early 2018 to explore multiple applications for Grafysorber® across its range of activities in the oil & gas industry, which includes offshore drilling and construction, shipping, engineering, aviation, onshore facilities, logistics and catering. This will involve testing the absorbent capabilities of Grafysorber® in decontaminating hydrocarbons from seawater and in the treatment of industrial water. The LOI also includes the potential purchase or renting by GSP SA of the Company's Mobile Production Unit ("MPU") for the on-site production of Grafysorber®. Grafysorber® has unique and proven oil adsorption capacity that has been substantiated through extensive testing and commercial trials. In July 2017, the Company and ENI S.p.A. jointly presented the results of their successful testing of Grafysorber® over the previous twelve months to the 6th International Conference on Environmental Chemistry and Engineering in Rome. Grafysorber®'s 3D structure, made by graphene sheets, acts as a sponge to capture the hydrocarbons that contaminate the water. It has been demonstrated to be at least five times more effective than the technologies presently used for water decontamination, adsorbing more than 100 times its own weight of oily pollutant. Grafysorber® is also eco-sustainable: it is derived from a natural raw material, graphite, and is produced in a chemical-free process; the absorbed oil can be easily recovered to be recycled or disposed of separately; and Grafysorber® is itself reusable and recyclable. | runthejoules
14/12/2017 07:31 | Bitcoin crypto or Nanene, such a dilemma, the world is changing how things are done massively, and before most people know ,it's the in thing. | ic0gcds00

14/12/2017 07:19 | Well jointer need to get some more tea leaves, we had that really good RNS two days before it was expected but then the Finance Director put the kibosh on any further move which gave the shorters ammunition. Everything is beginning to realign, will get the tea cup out ;-) in advance, it's a very complicated method you know! | luckyorange
14/12/2017 07:13 | I was.nt sure about the graphene bit...cheers lucky is your ss still in play..? | jointer13
14/12/2017 07:11 | When one looks at the recent chart progress, all action in the form of volatility happened within about 2/3 weeks. Now, once an investor is convinced of the limitless prospects of Graphene applications and therefore of VRS excellence, do we invest for 2/3 weeks or 2/3 years to rip the benefits ? In a medium term, the spikes that occurred in 3 weeks within November - December 2017 will appear as an invisible dot in 2019 - 2020 when the high Graphene volumes will start to accelerate to multiple companies. | fuji99
14/12/2017 07:00 | Elon Musk on video saying it can't be slightly better it's got to be a lot better :-0 | luckyorange
14/12/2017 06:56 | easily, I reckon. When Unilever and DDP have carried out trials with the initial samples they bought and place bulk orders, that will be worth a *lot* of money, assuming even *some* of the trials are successful... | club sandwich
14/12/2017 06:49 | Just a thought for the day. VRS , will you double your money each year for the next 3 years if you leave your money invested here? That would be a good return wouldn't it? | luckyorange
14/12/2017 06:11 | Watch this (to the end). I know this is America not the UK, but this is the level of idiocy of most Leavers. The world has gone to hell because of a bad outbreak of morons...https://twi | club sandwich
14/12/2017 06:03 | 1. Those are nothing to do with McLaren. 2. 'Graphene' is just a label, like 'Turbo' on a vacuum cleaner. | v11slr
14/12/2017 06:02 | Not McLaren jointer, I think it's a hobby shop? | luckyorange
14/12/2017 05:37 | edit McLan graphene battery "These all new 2018 chemistry Graphene packs give Maclan Racing a complete power system. The Maclan Racing Race Formula Graphene battery is the latest 2018 chemistry that provides lower weight with better discharge curves" looking for a bit more info | jointer13
14/12/2017 02:36 | We're on same price as of 1st December. Do we see a potential turn today? I've a feeling, yes but can be wrong. Time is the true answer. | ashehzi |
