bbm, It would have assisted if you could have copied all which was posted on shareprofits aa I am not registered and dont intend to.

I dont want to get involved in this in any way however all I am trying to convey is libel laws are complex and to be careful what to post albeit if one gets involved in banter it weakens ones position in law.

I will leave this for now.

Doesn't that remain to be seen? At this stage we do not know what NR's ADVFN ID is so nobody knows what he's ever said, if anything.

Odd that NR is outraged enough to sue but was never outraged enough to request ADVFN removed Club Sandwich's 'offensive' posts, which I understand they would have done immediately & without question.

Does anyone else see a slight conflict for the Chairman of the New Forest Partnership setting up a new premises for a listed business in the New Forest. Have to say I would prefer it was elsewhere.

I always felt that James Baker had to be a bit independent of any one company

to attract industry but felt the University was a bit 'open' for the right

commercial confidentiality we need some times. Even the comings and goings

of your customer are seen by everyone.

Well well, just what I've been saying to some derision:In fact, given the characteristics of concrete buildings that must withstand at least 50 years once built, the durability and strength of actual concrete require long-term testing. It is too early to judge, but experts say that if the effectiveness of concrete is proven in long-term tests, there is a possibility of writing a new history of architecture in the 21st century.
