re FDI, I agree, it does seem strange they broke all of the large diamonds until they got a placing away to buy the equipment to prevent further breakages.


I learned a few painful lessons with FDI, that's for sure.


I do agree TW should not name drop other people by the way, unless of course they agreed, which I doubt.

PIs thinking suing is an option, these responsible hive off any assets as they know damn well they would lose and lose everything.

Public and private companies have considered it, but first they look for assets as it's pointless spending the money to make a point and the Sue me bicthes how.

They don't sue but there is nothing to recover, it has been heavily looked into.

So the easy way is reporting it as a crime, no suing involved there or costs.

It's quite simple and it's all been publicly spread around in documents.

The defendant:

made a false representation
dishonestly
knowing that the representation was or might be untrue or misleading
with intent to make a gain for himself or another, to cause loss to another or to expose another to risk of loss.


Pretty wide ranging isn't it, such id the nature of cases stated.

So if anyone lost out because of the various false claims, all you do is report it as a crime. No cost, the details are freely available then stand back and let the wheels turn.

You have never met me Tim3416 and to write that post, 106646 with such certainty, says more about you than it does about me.

The only reason that I declared the size of my holding was to refute a number of the faithful on here, the latest being MavFav, accusing me of being a flipper of shares with an agenda.

Any downside analysis is savaged, when it fact in good analysis, both upside and down side factors Should be considered. I declared my holding to show that I had no agenda and a deep interest in VRS being successful, people like you and others immediately said it was bragging because you did not like the input I was making when looking at the downside.

Who among you deceitful lot would sit on inside bad info knowing it was about to wipe out a massive amount of your investment in minutes.

I knew 18hr hrs before, I recall where I was when I took the call and what day. 7am no RNS, I thought it must be coming so sat watching knowing my investment was about to be annihilated and it was big investment.


I didn't sell 1 share, I waited, the source trusted that I would not sell and I didn't. They didn't have to ask they knew I wouldn't.

Near wiped me out and I knew it would.

So go have a look in the mirror and tell yourself what you would have done.

Do not discount CVD 'type/variants' graphene. Keep an eye on it since

VRS may have a 'toe, or two in the water' here as well.

Remember VRS derisk is because it has a variety of 'irons in the fire'.

Oh and a few requests to come back and challenge the BS that goes on.

The trigger was that weekend fraud, an attempt to get weak holders some saying they were fearful to sell for gain by the scumbags on what has proven to be a scare tactic.

Surely anyone with half a brain out to make money would let that type of false scare issue run, wait for the sellers and buy, but no that's not cricket>

Good try owenga and a bit of cheap shot from you showing your colours there.

Actually I was discussing with some (none of whom are on here or any twitter thread) that this week looked like the time to buy for them as it looked oversold.

The posting was all about defending holders against fraud.

As it happens the share price went up, probably due to the letter response to TW after the long weeks long attempt to undermine the company claiming the loan was illegal.

If my posting did help push the share price up, then it was poor timing as none of those interested had the time to look and buy any hence it's in the 40's now instead of the mid 30's.

So a bit of an own goal really as the guys I have known for years are really nice folk.

Fact is I've been spending about 20-30 hours per week helping someone, all times of the day and night at the end of a phone when needed.

This week happens to be a free week, no commitments. So I have some time to dig in.
