07/1/2020 11:37 | Tokyo Olympics are more than six months away (July 24 - Aug 9). Has anyone picked up any hint of Versarien involvement, in clothing or equipment? I imagine the word graphene is pretty sure to appear somewhere at the games in somebody's product - even though it may be some lesser grade. (Five sports have been added, btw: baseball/softball, karate, skateboarding, sport climbing and surfing.) I imagine there is scope for graphene use in things like vaulting poles, javelins, archery, bike frames and wheels/tyres, plus of course rackets, shoes, etc. And track surfaces. EDIT: This from last year: March 25, 2019 "A research team of materials engineers and performance scientists at Swansea University has been awarded £1.8 million to develop new products - in areas from the motor industry to packaging and sport - that make use of micro and nano materials based on specialist inks. One application already being developed is specialist clothing that will be worn by elite British athletes in training and at the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games." | grabster
07/1/2020 11:33 | Thanks for your excellent sleuthing, Super! | richgrumpa
07/1/2020 11:33 | Considering the amount of over 1 mill from one source in just a few days the share price held up relatively well against some disorganised aggressive selling. | superg1
07/1/2020 11:30 | As all can see now it was one main seller and that had the effect of spooking others. The left over stock from yesterday cleared through this morning. A normal market has returned. I personally had no idea that there was a single seller but after a nudge from another looking at the pattern, volume and lumps, it was clear there was a seller of 1 mill plus and it would end soon. The posting and updating re the market was about keeping genuine PIs informed instead of being misled by the scumbags with their lies. It was known it ended late yesterday, but it was a case of seeing what the MMs had left on their books this morning. Hence the close monitoring and related posts. | superg1
07/1/2020 11:26 | I have it on good authority that TW has just thrown in the towel and closed his shorts leaving his acolytes to carry the can. Class act. | johnveals
07/1/2020 11:25 | DavMac, the article you mentioned is almost 5 months old, dated "BEAU JACKSON AUGUST 20TH 2019 - 11:59AM". sorry for the double post as i just noted someone pointed out earlier. | ashehzi
07/1/2020 11:23 | Was a desperate seller, shame he had to, but nothing we can do about that. Also we getting very close to big news so its just make your mind up time. There is no rush per say, but they stacking up and need filing as done :-) ;-) | squire007
07/1/2020 11:19 | Arbitrageurs buy at 80 on VRS.GB sell at 83 on normal. | alchemy

07/1/2020 11:09 | whomever has sold during the last week or so, thank you. | phoenixs
07/1/2020 11:01 | After a series of red days the bulls get very vocal on one blue morning. Zishhhh! | oracle6
07/1/2020 10:48 | red There was 50k available, it was bego and they have disappeared. The main supply was thought to have ended yesterday with the stock left on the books of the Mms this morning. What look like sells are nearly all buys, about 90% plus are buys today. The price MMs were selling at was below the mid price. | superg1
07/1/2020 10:37 | More on L2 It has drastically changed now to very little showing as available. I take it this mornings prices were just the left overs from the main supply which has now ended. | superg1
07/1/2020 10:31 | It may be my buy just now 13k @77.5p. Interesting that it hasn't shown up? | redstone64
07/1/2020 10:27 | schmally, they are not attempts at anything other than to balance and offer an accurate view. The Arch has still not completed all of the required testing that much is evident, it's not lazy just hardly requires any working out. If you believe for one minute that Aecom is not still considering any other products during this phase for their Arch to allow the integration of their technology on such a scale then you are naive. Once VRS involvement is confirmed for the production phase it will become fact not hope and speculation. Your money though. | billwave
07/1/2020 10:26 | Possibly a unreported buy gone through as a lump at 77.85 disappeared without explanation. We'll see in an hour. | superg1
07/1/2020 10:19 | Herschel (and others), Re NY subway and info to their newspapers, the point was/is not to "sell the Arch to the MTA" - of course AECOM will be on the job; the link I gave told of their previous involvement. Rather it is to feed into what is a hot topic in NY and the live interest of their media, including that of the two major NY newspapers. Creating a context of public interest is something that the PR and marketing worlds spend millions on and newspapers want stories that sell. Even if a paper includes in a future piece (presumably) berating the MTA for the problems afflicting NY passengers - their readers - words such as: "...and there are potential solutions, and apparently able to be installed with relatively minor disruption; there is one new concept that could be used in the London subway ....." then something useful will have been achieved. IMO, of course! | hew
07/1/2020 10:19 | That 30 took out the MM with them at 77.71, next is 77.75 | superg1
07/1/2020 10:02 | I don't think people think you're thick davemac, just a blatant de ramper...oh hang on...:-) | tim3416
07/1/2020 09:57 | 77.71 are also buys. | superg1
07/1/2020 09:55 | Hello Herchel, Thank you for civil reply. Don't worry, we didn't contact the client but the news organisation / media running a story on the subway problems. | laginaneil
07/1/2020 09:51 | Yes to the first line | 1teepee |
