ok thanks superg. So if it's a big seller through Berenberg, aren't they exiting at a loss since Berenberg started being involved relatively late, buying when the share price was well above 100p?
edit: I haven't double checked that statement, I might be spouting nonsense.

A check for the previous trading shows it was pretty much dominated by Berenberg. So there has been a seller through them form the 30th of what looks like over a million.

They have just moved off 77p on the offer to 81p

Hi SuperG,

There are some interesting names on the VRS shareholders register:

The Cavendish AIM Fund
DEKA Funds of Germany
L&G Unit Trust Managers
Herald Investment Trust - still has a holding and maybe the seller?????

There are others but NON have a legal obligation to disclose their holding until the 3% is reached.

I think that there are some who have been window dressing prior to 31 Dec 2019 and there are some who think that progress has been too slow............my opinion.

The reason is there are no notifiable holders in play at this time.

The trigger point is about 4.5 mill shares.

Happy New Year everyone. May the 2020's bring us all success and wealth.
I was wondering, why has there still not been a single one notification of major holding? I thought we were told there are a bunch of very wealthy individuals buying VRS shares like crazy?
Every single one of my holdings has had a major holding RNS in 2019 except VRS.
Do we still suspect this to be the case or was it all porkies?

Hit the nail on the head there.Like many things people will try jump on the bandwagon and claim something where no standards exist. However those products don't demonstrate a significant benefit and actually cause companies to not try again.Now if you have a company that is independently assessed and can demonstrate the right quality at quantity that's a start. Then demonstrate a tangible benefit using actual graphene and then others will go hmmm why are they being successful, what are they doing different.That is coming and a lot sooner than some realiseIn the aerospace industry recent conference it was surprising it seems that some thought graphene miles off but when told nope actually it will be this year and this half it raised eyebrows. Enquiries start again and a demonstrated product starts the serious conversationsI know nooothinv

So having detached it today, having not been able to in recent days, then it seems Berenberg have the seller.

Bego on 84 on level 2 was a false entry they were actually offering them at 79.15 at the time, moved that to 80p then down again. That's why Singer was never triggered on Buying it was begorra taking the buys.

Once gone it's gone, as always.

The share price at78p has been driven down by the trolls and the fact that the company has not yet secured and published any significant sales or progress in China. As a result the waiting game has took its toll on shareholders nerves. The trolls have added to the scaremongering and probably by now made a killing on their shorts.Vrs needs to announce sales and contracts to stop the rot.
