"Testing of new equipment is underway which, if successful, would expand our production capacity to up to 30 tonnes per annum of high quality graphene" as per RNS

A fundamental limiting factor for VRS graphene sales is the current manufacturing capacity. At some point this requires to be scaled up, unless it has already been scaled up and is part of an NDA?

I would expect the opposite. Samsung like Apple insist on total secrecy from their suppliers untill they are ready for product launch. If a supplier were to announce a calloboration with Samsung relating to graphene then they would be dropped immediately. I wouldn't expect any announcement until after Samsung have product launched their phone with the graphene battery. But i do recall feedback from golf day last year Neill mentioned they were in discussion with a major company which is so big it influences countries. And there has been lots of activity in South Korea with no announcements. DYOR

Tina great post.

I've been around 10 years on these threes and on some read every post (that I can see).
Unfortunately it's very common and guaranteed on busy threads/shares that do well.

The noise is going up for a few reasons.

There are a number of big news items in play but the one that will be driving TW and co nuts in the BIGT deal, they will not want that to land.

That deal carries a large amount of cash for VRS, such cash both de-risks the business and opens up a huge opportunity in China. Some time ago it was said by connected city folks that some were up to their eyes in a short. Don't forget Tom started his cunning misinformation plan at 60p along with mates. They rely on the next fund raise and discounting to get out. The louder they get then the more desperate you know they are. Unseen tricks and games go on all the time but they fail.

If things like the BIGT drop, plenty of cash in the back increases confidence for larger investors and the deal itself does that too. The German bank analyst was going on about that when I spoke to him. BIGT news imo also triggers other factors.

With that cash in the bank there is no tip offs re a fund raise, smashing down the share price by the Nomad and MMS etc and no route to clear out shorts

Part 2 is FOMO for buyers

EG it's quite clear to me that some are jumping around re expectation of moves of the share price on this or other shares. In the BIGT case it could come before the AGM or after, so many will think hmmmm many weeks yet I can have a quick play around, but that excludes other news that could drop which is indicated in news already out there.

So the FOMO lot become noisy as they start to fret over their choices and watching shares sold get swallowed up.

As I pointed out recently there are probably millions of shares sold where those selling then actually want back in, but there are not millions of shares available if major news dropped for them to do that.

There is a part called the negative ones who will either be trying to manipulate things or just plain shouting about their concerns.

As always if anyone has concerns about a share then I think it's completely mad that they continue to hold, they should sell up, sit on the cash, or invest elsewhere.

The good news is that over the years you get to know who is genuine and who isn't on ADVFN, generally when the true colours start to show it becomes a tsunami.

You can tell the type as they then passionately talking about being a victim and then the depths of their deceit show further.

That is typically the same in the criminal justice network. The scumbags play the victim and try all the tricks in the book to frustrate matters.

Quite simply pathetic individuals (aka cowards), that can't accept the consequences of their actions and want the world to know that they are the victim.

I don't post very often to advfn - partly because I don't have the time; partly because of the noisy trolls; and partly because of the really awful text editor (I expect to have to cut and paste this message at least twice before it looks right - apologies in advance)! I felt compelled to write something tonight though as the board seems to have got really, really noisy and I am concerned that anyone new searching for information on VRS might not realize how much really good information there is online about this excellent company and its growing portfolio of products and processes.

A few things that are important to me as a long term holder:

- The CEO, Neill Ricketts, has an excellent track record in business and is as transparent as he can be in conveying information to shareholders.
- The business has been scrutinized by senior civil servants/central UK government and has two DIT secondees currently working directly for them.
- One of the DIT secondees, Matt Walker, was heavily involved in writing the government policy that made such secondments possible. The secondments are driven by a desire to help excellent British companies get access to overseas networks/business as quickly as possible.
- The strategic foundations for the business are extraordinary and I would urge anyone to read through the RNS reports on the VRS homepage and to go through all of the links in the header of this page and the notes underneath in order to get a sense of how broadly and deeply the business is establishing itself in key markets around the world.
- VRS is linked to all of the top research universities in this country who are working with 2D materials and the UK is definitely the place to be for 2D materials right now.
- Finally, several of the posters on this forum are liars. Do Your Own Research and you will be able to spot them very easily!

It will probably be a board more focussed about key business points when we next get things to chew on. All the geographies , segments , sectors, products we are gunning for will bring these things. The jig saw parts are visible , and soon how they fit.I honestly think we can even transcend any Chinese wobble.Fewer mentions of Unicorn Status recently , since it's plausible let's have them back.

Apologies I just remembered if you actually have a positive viewpoint and disagree he actually kicks you out. It's a bit like the monty python sketch where the guy says jehovah knowing that the end is coming. You just say something positive and .....I know nooothing
