Can you give me your view on Brexit and the impending no deal. I can't read it of course as I have you on filter, but I'm sure you would love to tell us all how the country should be run.

Perhaps when you buzz off to Canada (plenty of real bears there) you can give them some some sound advice on any issues they may have as a nation. The main one of which will probably be you moving there.

I suggest you re-read the first few paragraphs of your notes and then you might finally work out why it has taken so long to get to market! This isn't a toy or an off the shelf product that you just pop in the post and the buyer unwraps and starts using it. I would have thought after all the time you have been invested here you would have finally cottoned on to this fact but clearly not. Can I suggest you take your money and stick in a FTSE 100 company better suited to your understanding of business.

Nobody cares what you think Ian , any credibility you may have had in the past you destroyed over many months, give up there's a good lad and go to the agm where I'm sure you can ask some difficult questions and will be well received.

I do not know why you are clogging up the thread. No one is taking any notice, we are all grown up and make our own investment decisions. I suggest you go elsewhere.

Just released, graphene in supercaps:Graphene-InfoThe supercapacitor market is set to take off, and graphene could play a center roleAnalysts from IDTechEx estimate that the global supercapacitor market is around $1.5 billion in annual sales, following several years of decline. IDTechEx, however, believes the market bottomed out in 2018-2019 and is set now for a sustained period of strong growth. The Supercapacitor market, forecast 2016-2022, Allied Market Research Allied Market Research, supercapacitor market 2016-2022IDTechEx explains that the market is expected to grow quickly in the coming years, as companies are expected to increase the use of supercapacitors over batteries in electric and hybrid cars as the customers are seeking faster charging and safer transport. Allied Market Research estimates that the Supercapacitor market will grow at a CAGR of 28.7% from 2016 to 2022 and will reach $6.3 billion in 2022, while India-based also sees a fast growth rate of 22% from 2016 to 2022, and estimates a $4 billion market in 2022. Both market research companies did not see the down year in 2016-2019, but it is still interesting to note these market forecasts. The supercapacitor market, forecast 2016-2022, Market Research FutureMarket Research Future, Supercapacitor revenues, 2016-2022IDTechEx says that there are two primary limitations that hold back wider adoption of supercapacitors - energy density and price. But these issues will be largely overcome in the future. IDTechex says that market trends to fastest charging, providing pulse power, safe transport, no expensive materials and no issues of disposal are increasingly favouring supercapacitors over batteries.Graphene has great potential for the supercapacitor market as one of the next-generation materials that are set to overcome the energy density problem. In fact supercapacitors is one of the first markets that successfully adopts graphene commercially.Skeleton Technologies, for example, is already offering a wide range of supercapacitor cells and modules, and the company has various projects in the pipeline. For example, in September 2018, Skeleton and British bus manufacturer Wrights Group announced the signing of a high-volume, multi-million-euro contract for the next 5 years. Skeleton Technologies will supply graphene-based supercapacitors to the latest KERS enabled hybrid-electric double and single deck buses produced by the Wrights Group. With Skeleton Technologies' supercapacitors, Wrightbus operators will also be cutting down on maintenance costs; While the lithium battery may last around 4 to 5 years, during their 1 million cycles, the supercapacitors will reportedly last for at least 7.5 years, with an estimated life of 12 to 15 years.A study led by the US Naval Surface Warfare Center in Philadelphia, along with researchers at the University of Texas at Arlington, has compared the performance of supercapacitors from four different manufacturers: Maxwell, Ioxus, JM Energy, and Skeleton. Of the four tested, only the Skeleton supercapacitors are graphene-enhanced, and the researchers found that the Skeleton cell far outperformed the other cells tested, and graphene was mentioned as the probable cause for this efficiency. In China, many companies are working to develop graphene supercapacitors, and some display impressive preliminary success – like GMCC, that offers such products for sale.To find out more about graphene-enhanced supercapacitors, which are the leading companies and recent research and commercial activities, consult our hands-on Graphene Supercapacitors Market Report.

national govts have no power apart from raising and spending taxes
it has been so since the 70's, long b4 maggie [whom i still admire for all her faults] and ronald [he of 'they don't look comfortable in shoes'] got their fingers into the neocon pie.

Don't agree. We must leave with no deal to escape the EU "communists" who want our money and to rule us ie the UK. We voted to leave and leave we must.

This subject raises unseemmly passions, and should not escalate here, but you have provoked it. We are IMO less likely, after Brexit to be "able to control things in our country" , the UK, which may disintegrate, and more likely to bind ourselves to the USA and its falling values, drives to cheap manufacturing, Big Oil pollution etc.. I too dislike the Brussels burocracy, but a prime motivation of those in the countryside and in Northern Cities, I have spoken to, is to reduce the dilution of Englishness, now happening by the establishment of ghettos. University and other Education, Research and Development is likely to suffer atrociously in future if we Brexit 'No Deal' but there is an increasing possibility of a second referendum and a return to collaboration wth the EU.

I lived through WW2, was working full time in Germany between 1956 and 1973, learned to appreciate Konrad Adenhauer's dream of ending European wars and have always found collaboration up-lifting and far better than going it alone.
