I'll tell you why the price has jumped. I sold 3000 shares this morning because I wanted to top up an income purchase. I sold at just under 100p so it was inevitable :( Still got plenty more left though :)

VRS have many collaborations that have not been announced. VRS can tell us freely about them subject to any NDA issues.

Those considered price sensitive must be announced, those the nomad considers not price sensitive don’t get announced via a regulatory RNS.

Sometimes (often nomad agenda related) VRS will think it should be announced but the nomad says no. That’s when we see non a non reg RNS.

If the nomad decides not sensitive then VRS can openly state to anyone in private comms or otherwise about it.

So yes anything not price sensitive can be freely shared under the regulations.

However, a nomad may say not price sensitive so no need for news but also wouldn’t want PIs to be aware of it.

Tim - I want what every sharelder (of which I am one) wants, to see this comany become massively successful and become a global force in the new wave of 2D products and to make a lot of money off the back of that. I'm just not sure it's very helpful to continualy say that massive huge news is days away when the poster never quotes any evidence for it and is continually wrong. that's a recipe for disappointment.
