The note will have been produced for Canaccord’s clients so paid for/included in the Nomad/broker retainer fee. As long as Canaccord aren’t hiding behind MIFID legislation I don’t see why it can’t be posted on the VRS website with the usual investor caveats.

Edison, Hardman etc all produce research paid for by the company being written about.

Only one sell out of the last 40 trades now and rising nicely again
Still down on the day but looks like it’s turning up

I'm not concerned. The buyers will come in soon as we hit the bottom of the trading range. Then all the way back up to 135 ish before the sells begin. Rinse and repeat. Its frustratingly predictable at the moment.

Verger - I take it to mean that the Broker Note was distributed among subscribing institutions, not openly published for all to see.

Maybe if it's a brokers note the someone can phone Hargreaves if they have an account with them and post the note?
