Well, for once that actually played well for me as I'm transferring shares from my trading account (from the PB rise) into SIPP and ISA and got a few more in the bargain due to today's dip. Glad to be fully back in & ready now.

Thanks Pshevlin, that is appreciated and credit where credit is due for your honesty in discussing with Neill. I don’t disagree at all that revenue would be good here too. Best DB8er

Happy to correct all of my posts re. the sale now that Neill has been kind enough to get back to me re. the sale and the necessity of it.
Mea Culpa re that.
Still think we need some sales though

The talk of sausages reminded me of this sad news.

Please join me in remembering a great icon of the entertainment
community.

The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and
trauma complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71.
Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of
celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs.
Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker,
the Hostess Twinkies, and Captain Crunch. The grave site was piled
high with flours.

Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as
a man who never knew how much he was kneaded.

Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was
filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times he still was a crusty old man and was considered a roll model for millions.

Doughboy is survived by his wife Play Dough, two children, John
Dough and Jane Dough, plus they had one in the oven.
The funeral was held for about 20 minutes at gas mark 8.

Morning Superg1, Sorry it has taken so long to reply to this post

"What’s spid on here for, FGR just reported Just over Aus $1k of revenue for the quarter."

If you didn't know FGR cannot sell commercial quantities of Graphene in Australia without securing the local regulatory approvals (NICNAS) once this approval is secured it pretty much answers your second questions,

"Mr Grigor and co however have been asked questions by the Aus regulators over public comments, EG break even by calender year end."

After FGR secures NICNAS approval FGR expects it will sell around 18-20 Tonnes of Graphene in Western Australia, This amount of graphene will make FGR one of the first Graphene companies in the world to be cash flow positive.

"Cash burn means they don’t have long to go with what’s left."
How long do you think $5+ mil AUD will last ?

Hello Folks,

Best comment I have seen on here today is to 'chill'...

Great to see Neill and team mega busy eh..?

This company will be like a sausage machine ? Just keep pumping the MOUs and JVs
in the top and eventually out will pop the sausage's !

Bought a few more today, mine showing as a sell along with about
20,000 at same place.

Atb to you and your family neill.

'Neill Ricketts @neillricketts.'

"You (not me btw) asked why I had no control over the sale , I couldn’t sell because I knew of the deal and therefore inside and prohibited by the nomad, I have been inside since almost nov, I’d made the offer for the house before that as it suited my needs or that of my kids.

The house should have been completed in dec, I sold the shares at the last possible point before losing my deposit, the money was only in the account for a few hours before completion took place. I sold about 1% of my overall portfolio inc options. Imagine working for 10 years almost in a business that lots of others have made a lot of money from and not seeing the reward, then trading 1% of your portfolio to put a deposit on a house, I still have a large mortgage btw. Like everything in my life this is an investment with plenty of work to still do but that is now taken care off by the options given a while ago. These are emi options and very tax efficient."

Neill 'delighted' with Patrick. Matt off to korea today. 'Significant' investment opportunity in China. Working with large globals, and he says 'successfully passed testing in a number of aps' (applications). And GC verified graphene producer. Passing testing in china too. Of course, NPL testing to achieve GC accreditation puts vrs in good stead at geic too? because npl are partners at geic. And testers for uk characterisation scheme. Thus 2 for the price of 1 if you like ! Aimo. Glalth. Beat ellis

IC has never mentioned Versarien before (happy to be corrected), so to come up with a Sell recommendation is eccentric.

Hold and Sell advice is routinely given to companies they have discussed, or recommended before.

How many of their readers would have bought VRS in the first place? How many would have heard of Versarien anyway?

From Neill:

"Btw the broker note was completed and circulated a while ago, but the company don’t own or circulate."

Anyone know how we can get a copy?

Neill Ricketts @neillricketts

"Our right to reply is here, it is easy to knock a company or even a CEO. This is however unbalanced and inaccurate, if you feel you have been forced to sell as a result of this article then you maybe able to claim if the facts can't be substantiated."

How do we know the AECOM "deal" has got bigger?

We have been here many times before and the traders are controlling the price as there are no new large buyers. We need news to break out of this trading range. Sit back, turn off the screen and relax. Otherwise derisk.

Those that are fully researched and aware of the bigger picture will be completely unfussed by this article. In fact, merely serves as a buying opportunity show nervous hands sell. Presumably unresearched hands. I’m as comfortable as ever and will relish the opportunity to top up.

Re the brokers' note, my guess is that it was written with knowledge of what the AECOM deal entails and Neill said it was going to be issued soon based on that. As the deal has got bigger and taken more time the note will have to be held back and possibly revised.
Just my opinion.

cashcard.....What the hell do I have to say? I have complete faith in Neill, his values, morals and the fact that he will always put the company first.
That does not mean that others will not come to a different conclusion and the share price rests on that, not MY feelings. The less that events end up as hostages to fortune the better especially when the company is as yet unproven. Remember that the last IPO was at 1.45 and this stock has still not recovered to that price so when the CEO sells at below that price it is not a good signal to those still underwater.
