it bounced off 120 several times on the way down so might bounce off it on the way up, nothing more complicated than that. News of a deal would blast through it.

Quite a few references have been made on this thread to one or more Miton fund winding down its stake in VRS (for perfectly fair reasons). How many are aware that Miton was cloned in a scam a couple of years ago? I presume the scam ceased, but I just happened to spot their name while skimming through the FCA scams checklist:




The FCA pages have not been updated but here is what they previously said about graphene scams

I wonder if any of the fraudulent postings we sometimes see circulated by certain shorters of Versarien are significant enough to report as scam related? Probably not, but just a thought ;-)

phoenixs: re IG: I'm talking specifically about spread bet clients not their normal account clients, and am basing what I've said following lunch with their client manager (high wealth).

Once they go beyond their internal level of risk, they hedge with one of their wholesale brokers, and it may be them that buy off the market.

I don't know why he would lie to me, but have no independent corroboration.
