netcurtains - you clever boy - well done!

EDIT: no - you're too late - and apparently also a bit slow ;¬)

However, if the last PB raise is anything to go by, all you have to do is wait and by-and-by you'll get an even better opportunity...

Anyway, lucky, I meant to ask - do you agree that the graphene sales should be split out from the PVC and polypropylene rubbish, or are you content that they should all be reported together?

'your self deprecating nom de plume speaks volumes too!' - you're so right - thank you! ;¬))) Blush...

supermumerary: I Came second in the ADVFN share challenge last year (with TRIAD)...
Does that count - where did you come?

Do you know if I can buy these 18p shares via my ISA cash pile?

bones - you should know!

lucky - no, being right is easy and satisfying - you should try it some time.

As for 'profiting on an up and coming company', ACSO's currently an over 500-bagger so I think I'm better qualified to speak on that question than you, wouldn't you say? Or have you done better?

Looking on LSE board, I see a few traders got in on PrimaryBid, talking risk/reward, etc. Imagine a few will cash out when shares available from the 11th. However, small issue so minimal impact I think. There will be plenty others speculating on the contract hints accompanying the raise. Bit of push-pull next week possible.

I'm absolutely sure it was a coincidence. Otherwise it would have goon considerably lower.
Best wishes - Mike

Ah , it must be a hard life never being wrong supernum, doesn't equate to profiting on an up and coming company though, eh?

The shares are in heavy demand so no problems with this small raise.

It does make you wonder if it was coincidence that the shares fell this morning, though it was due for a healthy pullback.

New record share price seems on the cards for next week

My 8689 - seems I got it right!

'Anyway, they had £1.4M in the kitty at the end of March. They had a cash outflow of £1.3M the preceding year, so if they carry on at the same rate, they'll need more cash before the end of the year, or the interims won't have the usual 12-month going concern statement.'

So NR's shored up his balance sheet and used the same 'increased production' justification as last time, although in the meantime there's only been one order that was considered worthy of an RNS, and that was only worth a few tens of thousands of pounds.

Now that graphene sales are increasing so much, it'll be interesting to see whether the interims break out the graphene revenue from the heritage commodity plastic revenue. Unhelpful to investors, I think, to lump them all together.

Netcurtains - no problem with the VRS "tip" even if I didn't know I had given it! I should of course reciprocate as it was your mention of WEY on the (ahem!) PVG thread months ago that got me interested in WEY.

Weeks like this.....!

Scullyp1: Thanks for the mention.
Dont worry about my posts.

I tend to only post on stuff I know about.
I know gar nichts about materials engineers.

All I can say is companies associated with Israel have a history of doing quite well.

And companies that were down most of the day and up on Friday afternoon, are like "red sky at night, shepherds delight!"

All the best!

Cheers Net!

The share price of Versarien will be one of the high fliers over the next year or two. It has everything going for it. Product, markets, management and the wow factor of graphene ands it's outrageous potential to enter all areas of our lives. Just invest and don't touch for a year or two

Drat!. I was part way through placing my bid when the 'OFFER CLOSED' message popped up.

Offer was set to be open for 48 hours. All gone in under 90 minutes. I guess that indicates it is pretty popular!

Wow strong demand
Just registered with primary bid
Taken the kids to their swimming lesson with view to buy and within an hour of the announcement they have filled their allocation
For future reference for others - the learning process slowed me up here- you can use primary bid to buy your shares then ring Hargreaves Lansdown and they can transfer into your ISA

Servern

You are probably thinking just the mechanical shear side

Each section of the process would need to expand but I can't state what that is. For the whole chain I'd put it up to £500k for the 1 kg route. The 1kg depends on whether they were talking 100 grams over 8 hours or over 2 shifts.

Obviously if based on an 8 hours day they could do 2 kg by doubling up shifts. So in the sense you are talking 1/2 tonne per year for up to about £500k which is lucrative.

I take the sudden raise as the coming to together of interest from a few.

He had been saying staff are flat out trying to keep up with orders, so the obvious answer was that now is the time to expand production on the back of the interest.
