Technically maybe further North but we all know when it really counts civilisation all stops at Alnwick, even the A1 goes down to single carriage way at that point :-)

Yes, we northerners never venture there as it's rumoured they have some dark practices and even still eat their young, although I hear they now have electricity and carpets. It was announced today that their footy team had sacked their manager. Not up there for an interview are you?

VRS was and is still massively oversold. The fall in the share price was the combination of funds selling and a systematic attack by a group of skilled shorters who capitalised on the fall in the share price to suggest that VRS is about to collapse. The startling thing is that those spreading the fear don't hold VRS. They plug FGR. Now here's the odd thing. No bad news. More good news. No collaborations have failed. A positive update. China confirming that they have tested nanene, yet the price fell. Anyone of the collaborations coming through will propel the VRS share price to new heights. It's brilliant to see the positivity on this BB again. The price was bound to rise. My advice, don't be spooked by spid, Rainbow or Hermanngorring. They are dangerous.

On the other hand having just looked up the Grant Thorton awards, the range of companies and investors probably wondered who VRS are having never heard of them.

Winners for share price performance and half price at the time. No doubt that was a point and NR saying company going the opposite way to the share price Far further forward now than when the share price was much higher. Networking too re the huge interest, government secondees and so on.

IQE comments.

I see the IQE share price started to bounce at the same time as VRS.

I also see a fund has been buying IQE.

Could it be someone short on both is being closed out by choice or forced.

What a race to the finish; Versarien got her nose in front of IQE in the final furlong but faded just short of the line to finish half a length down, with both horses just failing to finish in the One Pound Stakes today.

Lets see what tomorrow brings. Thankfully I have big bets and a double on both nags ;0)
