Not worried about Directa. They got ousted from Vittoria tires contract recently and are not among the premier players imo. Part of the wider second division marketplace.

Hope Steve has his CB-01 earphones with him. In-car audio systems are a good target market, especially in top end models. In addition to the long long list of other auto components that graphene will be featured in - inside, outside, and under the hood.

Morning Serratia,

When you were running your comparison on CEO / board remuneration, did you notice that Versarien is the only one of these companies that has had a founding director resign and start his own carbon business?

He was Versariens CTO who is a material scientist, he was also on the board of 2d tech when that was purchased, he would have a full understanding of the IP technology VRS purchased and are developing
His departure was in 2016, interesting that he didn’t start selling his nearly 8 mil shareholding until 2018 .The Versarien 2018 Annual report shows around 40+% reduction in his holding, This occurred well after he left VRS and a year after he formed his new Carbon business.

Interesting that SuperG1 has not said anything to warn other shareholders. Graham W is WB even still holding Versarien?

We have Miton, Katie and one of the founders selling out of VRS.

Don’t you find it alarming that the ex CTO / co Founder and Dr Andrew Deakin both have left the Company?

Are you surprised with the quality of Nanene, Versarien is yet to replace the CTO that resigned 3 years ago or the Chief Technical Engineer who resigned in October last year?

Anyway I hope you guys get an announcement today,Steven Hodge is presenting.
FGR put out this morning regarding their presentation at the Graphene Automotive 2019 in Detroit.

Moljen,

Unfortunately they don't cover all magazines. As I said they no longer have Motor Cycle News which I miss. However, being realistic, if you or your family read only two magazines a month plus a weekly TV Guide that will cost you more than the monthly subscription. A no brainer to me. (By the way if anyone hasn't ever read Moneywise have a look. The financial advice in there could be worth the subscription to Readly). I repeat I have nothing to do with the company.

So my wife, whose sixth sense is beyond strong, turned around to me today and said she feels like we will hear some big news from VRS this coming week. I know it's a very silly thing to do but I just wanted to put it out there in case she's right! It's the first time she said something like this about VRS. And if she isn't, oh well, we'll be one week closer to the news :) Good night everyone and have a great week. #VRSfamily

Ian Cowie of the Sunday Times was won over to the VRS story and recommended then above 170p (or thereabouts). He then backtracked as the share price fell so heavily. We now know that the fall was a shorting attack and had nothing to do with VRS business and prospects. Therefore the investment logic that persuaded him still stands. I wonder when he will recover from the embarrassment over the timing of his article and recommend VRS again. In the meantime the share price should continue to strengthen.

Beware of spid, Rainbow and Hermanngorring. They will return tomorrow to try and scare share holders into believing that VRS is worth 20p. They do not hold VRS. They are here to destroy the VRS share price. They are here to take away your wealth. Ask yourself, why would non-VRS shareholders be on forum for shareholders!!! They keep saying that VRS is rubbish but FGR is a better investment. Do not be spooked by spid, Rainbow or Hermanngorring. They will nurse huge losses if the VRS share price rises. I think they have shorted to 40p. Beware.

Totally off topic: The best deal I've ever had for £2 a week and I can't stop talking about it. I subscribe to Readly.com. It costs me £7.99 a month and for that I and four other members of my family have access to over 200 magazines per month. The magazines cover a huge range of subjects, some of the ones I read are as follows:
Moneyweek
Moneywise
Shares
Money Observer
Time
Newsweek
China Report
The Rugby Paper
Rugby World
What's on TV
Coast
Countryside
Bird Watching
Practical Motorhome
Motorcycling Monthly (Sadly they don't do Motor Cycling News anymore)
Land Rover Monthly
Readers Digest
Saga
The Oldie
etc etc.

Other members of my family read magazines covering other diverse subjects

Not only that but most of the magazines have previous copies too. For example Moneywise magazines for the last 4 years can be viewed.
They can also be downloaded for viewing when no internet is available, such as during flights.

They are presently offering the first month for 99p followed by a monthly subscription of £7.99 which can be cancelled at any time.

I have no connection with this company. I just talk about the deal because I'm totally gobsmacked at such a bargain. Up to 5 people reading up to over 200 magazine titles (over 3000 copies in all) for £2 a week. Amazing!
