18/2/2019 12:34 | Graham seems to be getting ever-more frantic and hysterical. Let's hope this isn't another IOF, eh Graham? | ![]() club sandwich
18/2/2019 12:32 | Aecom update These quantities will be used for final testing of the structures and upon successful completion of final tests, the companies expect to make further announcements in Q1 2019. "This application has significant potential for Versarien, as the volumes of graphene that are required in these types of structure are significantly larger than for many other applications given the scale of the structures being produced. If you have checked the posts you will know exactly what the product is and where it is going. As also stated Aecom created a dedicated website for that product which caused a stir when we found it. The content was removed quickly. Other web routes have pictures of it. | ![]() superg1
18/2/2019 12:30 | Just noticed the 120,490 trade from Friday at 15:56. The spread at the time the trade took place was 102-104. Price paid was 107.41. You have to ask why didn't they split the order up into smaller lots? The second question is did they pile in again on this morning's lows? If so things might be about to turn.... | ![]() the skipper
18/2/2019 12:29 | Bill Do you actually read the news. Just asking as if VRS read your post they would ask the same question. I pick some basic points out of news for you. | ![]() superg1
18/2/2019 12:26 | Superg1 - Are you able to point me towards these orders? I have been excitedly following the VRS story for 12 months. I am aware of all the amazing characteristics of their 2D products and the huge potential this may bring for commercialisation but as far as I am aware VRS have not sold any of there products in any substantial volume. In their current form for whatever reason it appears virtually no-one is prepared to buy it? I do stand to be corrected and indeed hope that I am. Preferably backed up with relevant facts. Regards. | ![]() billwave

18/2/2019 12:24 | That's why I threw up questions about expectations. Someone mentioned 20kgs as good where I'm thinking 2000 kg and higher (with good reason). So my guess is as they like the thought of 20kg they would like the look of 2000kg a lot more. | ![]() superg1
18/2/2019 12:14 | Whiteslice. Some pages that are still there, some that have been taken down because we found them. EG on IOF I can see thing freely on the web very relevant to their business that just 1 or 2 know about I see some are looking the next kg or 10kg orders when I'm expecting tonnes. I do keep saying ignore the 3 tonne kit. Note the news re big names ready to invest. I do a huge amount of research most don't do any at all. | ![]() superg1
18/2/2019 12:14 | So *every single person* involved in all of these HUGE deals - management, accountants, lawyers, consultants - is scrupulously sticking to the terms of their NDA and not tipping the wink to friends, family, contacts? I'm afraid I just don't buy that. To believe that is to discount basic human nature... | ![]() club sandwich
18/2/2019 12:09 | Copy here any RNS by either MR Blobby or the CFO that states VRS has sufficient funds to keep going for years. I'm waiting... | ![]() belo horizonte
18/2/2019 12:09 | "Freely available on some web pages" Not sure I follow that..?? | ![]() whiteslice
18/2/2019 12:00 | Bill You can't see orders I see huge orders due well over and above what you and most others seem to anticipate. It is in news and freely available on some web pages. So if you do want to buy back posts such deals then good luck with getting them back. When that news comes and what happens in between is irrelevant for me. | ![]() superg1
18/2/2019 11:55 | So we may have illustrated that turnover can advance swiftly. As to margin, Licence fees have a margin of well, basically, 100 per cent .Let's say the stuff we make ourselves is circa forty percent .So that lets us look at an share price on high ratio of turnover - or profitLift off inevitable but when? | ![]() alchemy

18/2/2019 11:51 | "160p in a fortnight...." so the news that's (allegedly) coming isn't even good enough to get us back to or past previous highs? Can't wait... | ![]() club sandwich
18/2/2019 11:45 | DaveMac - Have corrected the slight error (£1.50 not £1.45) - I was working from an old and addled memory. However I take it you don't dispute the thrust of my post: that the share price rise was not - as you suggested - "hyped up last year to get the fund raise". Best wishes - Spike | ![]() spike_1

18/2/2019 11:17 | Spike_118 Feb '19 - 11:00 - 60007 of 60011 0 1 0 DaveMac3: re your: you do wonder if the share price was hyped up last year to get the fund raise away at 145p and is now at more realistic levels. Dave - with respect - you need to do some homework ;0) Firstly VRS were not short of cash, however when the opportunity to take a majority stake in Gnanomat, a cutting edge battery technology manufacturer appeared, they took it. At the point when the negotiations completed it wasn't known whether the remaining holders would want cash or shares, so a fundraise took place so that the purchase could be signed off. Subsequently the remaining minority holders wanted shares (at £1.45) rather than cash. This tells us two things: 1) the minority holders believed there was more to be gained by having shares than cash (and they would know). 2) It left VRS 'cash rich' at a time just prior to markets slumping at the end of last year. Best wishes - Spike Spike, With Respect, your homework is wrong. The Gnanomat owners accepted shares at 150p as part of the takeover. These were additional shares issued after the primary bid fund raise. | ![]() davemac3
