Sorry youre right it is 3.5. It did cross my mind that once admitted and depending on how many the cornerstone investor had, a 3% notice might be triggered.

I like it superg, by registering an interest in primarybid they have all stuck their heads above the parapet, it really is the biblical interpretation of greed that the chance of an illegal gain through insider trading has clouded their judgement.

Greed - excessive or reprehensible acquisitiveness: “Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, with a continual lust for more”

I sincerely hope that whoever it may be is the start of change in the AIM instead of the I can do anything and nobody can touch me attitude that prevails.

On that note I do remember rainbow saying something very dodgy and making an accusation, naughty naughty 🤔

Agree fest and rct. Justin pointed out & was noticeably shocked on Monday that we had done a placing yet the share price was up...definitely strength underpinning it here. Looking good.Happy holder.

Don't underestimate the fact that 5m new shares were admitted to the market today, and logic dictates that the share price HAD to come under pressure.It did not. The opposite was true.This truly augers well for organic rises from here.

Thanks Knowing (did you used to be The Knowing?). That's the same article now from three different sources, all with today's date on it, but the RNS to which it relates was dated 20th August 2018. Why the delay, why the SK push today?

Graphite - sizeable new investors will remain anonymous until the next shareholder register is published, go through 3% or choose to break cover and there’s nothing we can do about it. Even then they could park the shares with a nominee and remain incognito until forced to declare. VRS know who they are so I’m relaxed if still curious.

Still hoping it’s British Growth Fund/Business Bank.......

I think a few big buyers are just waking up to what is going on here. It was bound to happen.

I know a few who have seriously deep pockets and are aware of the company now. They are canny businessmen, not the types to show their hands so I'm not sure if they are buying yet or not. If they are buying I would expect them to put limit prices in, they like a bargain....

Could be why we are 'doing the crab dance' at the moment...

I mentioned it but never posted it. It was a question at the AGM re how many provinces and companies. Peter mentioned Jinan.

It's now 30+ but the details are on page 11. 13 JVS in play at the time it was listed.
