Imagine Neill gathers everyone at the AGM and then hits the button on a stonking rns detailing a private buyout he has agreed for 2 billion. It would be like assembly on the last day of school. Champers all round and then a fleet of Limos whisks everyone off to the McLaren garage.

but an update that is not price sensitive is irrelevant if you are looking for a large price hike and if it does make the price shoot up 10% then it should have been rns when he tweeted.
I hope I am wrong because I should be able to make agm and would love good news and £2.50

Does it really matter if there is an update at the AGM or not? An AGM is an AGM. Most companies don't give an AGM update.

Best to assume there will not be an update.

What we do know is they have their noses to the grinsdstone right now focusing on delivery.

That's far more important.

A few too many high maintenance shareholders round here.

Sit back and relax and see where they stand in a Years time.

It's beèn a very progressive last 12 months but the next year promises a whole lot more.

So to all those that are in Cheltenham the night before the AGM I will be in the Set from approx 6;30pm. If you look over to the dart board and ask yourself why a hobbit is in the pub playing darts then that's me.

If anyone needs advice with regard to dinner then pm me and I can hopefully help. The centre of town is 5 mins in a taxi and the nearest hub for pubs/food is Bath Road a 5 min walk away.

It would be remiss of me not to bring up the rampant gang problems Cheltenham has (thanks Sg); if locals approach and ask you who you belong to, hold their eye and in a firm voice say either CAMRA, the RSPB or simply show them your Waitrose card; it should de-escalate from there.

Zagro - but you don't even need a battery necessarily. As Squire said, aviation fuel to get them up and down, solar power when they're up there. Might need different models of plane for day (eg short-haul between proximate cities) and night flights; or maybe one model, and they just vary the fuel for each flight (with redundancy for emergencies)...

MJ10, we know (Neill has tweeted it) that there will be an update on 'everything'. In particular regarding the progress with the collab's.

IF that involves price sensitive info' it will no doubt be RNS'd in the morning along with the AGM Statement.

MJ10 - NR has already intimated that some kind of update will be given on 25th. In which case it will likely be either an rns at 7am, or included in a post-agm rns. Nothing of significance can be released verbally during the agm alone.

My guess is a 7am announcement - leaving directors free to discuss same at/after agm.

So, only two trading days after today (Friday, Monday) when we might not get news. ;-)

If news was available now it would be released
if he gave you price sensitive info that's illegal
So all the agm can do is inspire confidence but you are totally convinced already

After-AGM Buffet Lunch on 25 Sept


My Last Call



For those going to the AGM, I’m organising a buffet lunch and cash bar afterwards on behalf of the VRS Supporters Club on this ADVFN BB.

The VRS directors are expecting to leave Kingsholm around 1pm after which we’ll have our lunch.

The lunch must be paid for beforehand through me at £11 per person. If you’d like a lunch, please private message me by Friday noon.

To recap, I see the shape of the day as:

- Pre-AGM coffee/tea/biscuits

- 11:00 formal AGM business

- Thereafter informal Q&A with directors

- (about 1.00) end of AGM with directors/management leaving

- (after 1:00 ) Post-AGM or supporters with pre-paid buffet lunch and cash bar.

- 3pm finish

Thanks if you’ve already paid and I’ve acknowledged that I’ve received payment -- nothing more for you to do.
