First Graphite state their platelet thickness as 5-10nm. No worries.

Loglorry1, firstgraphite don't state what % of platelets are <5 layers. Nanene is 60% <5 and 90% <10 layer.

The FGR presentation states that "A range of products with platelet (X-Y) size from 10 microns up to 60 microns are available."

Nanene is available in the range 0.1 microns up to 10 microns.

They aren't comparable.

As I have derisked my portfolio as much as possible whilst backing the most exciting 22 companies on the LSE , my holding,accumulated this year is a modest 33,000, but the VRS share seems destined to grow. I am constantly reinvesting the surplus being continuously generated by the rise of the share price.

Well the most exciting ones are he ones that have/had been flying like PRSM, Bluejay, IQE, TERN etc. In fact Prism gets a mention.

This line means constantly gearing up meaning you position is not covered should prices fall back

Prices have fallen back since the post. PRSM in particular would have seen a number of SBs closed out on the false crash.

TERN is down about 30% from just the other day. Why anyone bought it knowing what was going to be in the news defeats me.

Well I've been holding here since 12p and seen many days like this and seen lots of idiots come and go trying to trash this share all the way up. Some of them still haven't got the message and are still trying. Long term genuine investors and their families who have ignored the noise and kept faith in Neill and co and are now considerably better off now than they were back then :-) Those investing now will have the same experience over the next year possibly more if they keep faith in VRS.Well done all those that have held on tight to their shares so far, we will be richly rewarded imo :-)

Super - thanks for the heads up I'll filter here too. Spike, you need to stop attacking new members :) confidence with VRS is good but certainty isnt as any company no matter how rosey looking is not a guarantee. This seems a good bet

The first graphene presentation cited by the Kempster Loglorry guy to support his claims, has these disclaimers among others:

"The potential quantity and quality of the targets identified in this presentation are conceptual in nature and there has been insufficient exploration to date to define a mineral resource in accordance with JORC.

Accordingly,this document contains reference to certain targets and plans of FGR which may or may not be achieved.

Hi Spike,Thanks for your post. You're right! I've been holding shares and reading for a long time, and decided to finally share some thoughts, all at once! Ha ha.The point isn't that I have no clue of the future share price, it's that no one does! Else we wouldn't need to chat at all. I'm hoping to bring more clarity and logic to a chat which appears to have some very underhanded players at times.Cheers

There is another one `Spike just a few days in and first post :-)

There are other factors that cause selling but VRS caused it's own due to the steep rise from 120-180.

The other 'factors'. Don't forget we have some who are invested in other fliers. A percentage of them will be geared SB types they are always in every share. In fact Scrutable announced just that the other day, he is one of them.

These shares have VRS investors in them.

Bluejay down near 50% since May was flying high.

TERN down over 70% since about June

IQE down about 30% since June and near half its earlier peak.

More recently PRSM got hit on a flash crash of 25% or so and it heading back to where it dropped to.

Without a doubt some will have been geared and closed out along the way. VRS and it's own dip that was due wouldn't have helped them.
