elliss - true, of course. But the fact remains they have to deliver *something* *sometime*. Soon it will be the first anniversary of the Unilever (or whoever) and IAI collabs being agreed - I'm with Fest that it's really not unreasonable to expect all the company's frantic activity to start bearing substantial fruit, and relatively soon...

Looks like the AGM is going to be update day. 1:Neill Ricketts Sep 10: 'Will update at agm' to - 'are you going to take delivery of our new machinery with 3 tonne capacity' . 2:Neill Ricketts 59 minutes ago: 'Yes will update at agm' to 'Hi Neill. Any update on China? Any increase in the number of links to 23 cities or companies in China that were mentioned in the interim's?' - for those not attending I trust a comprehensive AGM statement RNS will be issued on the same day

The thing is to change expectations as the facts change ie quite rightly, the 2 points you raised club were superceded by exponential increase in interest from china. To the point that now vrs have a secondee from DIT who remit is solely china. The present position, as always, is that news comes when it comes. And informally, from investors golf day, expect less than usual presently. Yet everyone who attended were extremely pleased with this stance. Draw your own conclusions, contented holder here. Aimo. Why do we assume that any update NR will give at the AGM is any more accurate than his statement at the ID that ISO was 'imminent' and 'very very close' (and this was nearly 6 months ago), or that 'all holidays are cancelled' until China is delivered (he's since taken 2)?

That's no criticism, BTW. ISO cert is out of his hands, and he works insanely hard and I don't begrudge him, or anyone, a holiday or two. When China ballooned from 1 party to 24+ (perhaps 36 now?) it was obviously going to take longer than he or anyone at the time thought.

My point is simply that these matters are out of his hands, so anything he says can only be indicative at best. Do we seriously expect him to say at the AGM that an order will be arriving the following week, or the following month? I very much doubt it. Ergo not much point going. I saw everything I needed to see at the ID in terms of the quality (personality-wise and business-wise) of the people running VRS. I'm happy to wait and see how things develop.

Topped up for some more of my magic beans
Every little helps .

Would have never dreamt I would have been paying -buying or selling at around £1.80 5-6 years ago .
It’s going to be difficult to sell any when and if that time comes, if dividends arrive I will struggle to let go.

I've seen NR answering to multiple queries, on twitter, that he will provide an update at the AGM. That raises expectations from AGM. I hope it is all positive. A must go to event.

sonson - Offers? Orders, surely.

And why else are we all here?

If you build a better mousetrap the world will beat a path to your door, though you live in a forest.

So where are the mousetrap manufacturers?

I set up a purchase order last night just for fun, 1.5k to buy at a limit of £1.74. I got in to work this morning and found it had been filled at £1.739, so thanks for the treeshake everyone :)

I was in FEVR at £22 and sold out at £33, and put it all in VRS. It's a good UK company and a good product, so good luck to all holders.

Have any of you techie guys looked at Filtronic?
There seems to be a lot of momentum and excitement building there and it reminds me of the early stages of our wonderful Versarien run from when it was in the 20 -30p range.

"Buys dominating again, it’s not frenetic, but its steady.
Without a sudden supply, I see us closing comfortably blue today."

If I may be so bold; the contrasting use of the words 'frenetic' and 'steady' do not conjure up a state of comfort or a feeling of closure. But what we do know is we have a dominating character in this story, all hail the mighty SG!

Correct Tim, the real mid price is slightly over 178p.And yes, consolidation around 180p could be exactly what's happening. It happened at 90p, then 60p, then 90p again... then 120p, then 150p..... now 180p?Anyone see a pattern there?

Great to be consolidating at the £1.80 level, no mean feat from sub 20p!

Keep up the great work Neill & team, and a happy weekend to all LTH 👏🏼🍻
