To be fair I don’t think Alchemy is suggesting a switch now - just saying it would be a great target to aim (no pun intended)at at some point.

Alchemy - I agree with Lovat - prefer VRS to remain on AIM, not spend the higher running costs of a mainmarket listing just yet. Mind you, when they do switch exchanges (in a year's time maybe) I wonder if they might simultaneously list on Nasdaq. ;-)
(they would need to be racking up consistent solid profits to justify any such move)

Well put LOVAT..S...........VRS is doing just fine on AIM and it currently needs every penny it can produce to keep expanding...........

ask at the AGM what the BOD thoughts are as I am unable to come this year.

"Let’s get rid of this supply, this never ending supply, and take off shall we?"

that's because the observation that when they're gone they're gone is only true if they go into LTH hands. As it is they just seem to be recycled between funds at higher prices. The shares being supplied now are probably the same ones that were sold by one fund at c60p (having bought much lower down) and bought by another fund, who is now themselves selling.

Alchemy - VRS would have to leave AIM to qualify for inclusion in the FTSE 100,250, Allshare etc. Sometimes there are good reasons to make the move, the most common one being broadening the investor base as wide as possible for future fund raising, but given the PI nature of the register, I hope VRS stays on AIM as long as possible for those who have tax planning benefits.

There are some large companies on AIM so no change required. It’s an expensive move to make and I’m sure NR can think of better ways to spend £750k!

Sounds like you're telling your master what you've been up to before responding to him with a 'Sir?'

'Fellow shareholders as Neill has said several times and live to us at the investor day don’t speculate about the properties of nanene / any of their business if you don’t know 100% ask Neill privately by email 1st'- Better not take advantage of that offer, don't want to be taking up too much of NR's time. I could imagine Neill burying his head in his hands trying to explain the science to me. Are you getting the really really small pieces of carbon bit anotherdrink? He would be asking for another drink....and probably more:)
