19/7/2018 08:09 | Really should get level 2 really! | runthejoules
19/7/2018 08:07 | Ridicule - that's my take on China too. And if we're right then nothing will change until the first big collab order drops, boosts the company's valuation and the Chinese take a more realistic view of Versarien's worth. So some time next year, then. | club sandwich
19/7/2018 08:06 | 4772 shares bought at 115p - and then it falls another 5p, fml! | runthejoules
19/7/2018 08:06 | People selling now will come to regret an ideal opportunity for somebody to make money. Watch the shar price make a turn. | snoopy12
19/7/2018 08:05 | Why did you confirm the 3 tonnes comment on twitter lol. There was I trying to chuck in ink to help me understand it and its all GNPs. As you've probably guessed my mind is spinning re that. Why expand to 3 tonnes?, they don't spend cash unless there is a reason. Obviously the NR "you don't know what I know" comments will explain why. As you now know they can expand very quickly if needed. | superg1
19/7/2018 08:05 | Judging by the volume of the associated sells. It’s small fry who have sold who shouldn’t be investing in the first place lol. Can’t wait for the bounce. Blue finish. | diversification
19/7/2018 08:04 | That's actually quite a solid response from a share price perspective. I was thinking it would open 110. Time for a top up | shammytime
19/7/2018 08:04 | 2key production milestones crossed ! Wow Cash ready for any dip ! Note to self “ check back on share price “ on 19.07.2019 Building a unique fortress | iain dick

19/7/2018 08:04 | Horrible day ahead it appear. NR needs to give us some decent news to fire up the feeling again. | eyeofthetiger
19/7/2018 08:04 | Mostly known facts from a string of RNs reports throughout the year displaying VRS as a solvent and very transparent company, and under benign and very skillful management control. It is amazing that the small team can control and inspire 13 such different collaborators at the same time. The Chinese interest is patently colossal and the company's serious sense of responsibility for IP protection comes through. The combination in a single report is AWESOME and extremely exciting. Note 2 discloses graphene sales for the first time. At £4,643m they are much higher than I expected and are greater already at £4,385m, than sales from all the other subsidiaries taken together, which are themselves doing better than expected and will probably soon.no longer be a drag on the graphene business's finances. The great future we all expect is already visible in the infant company, and can only attract full blown admiration. I expect this report to awaken national and international interest as never before. .................... An interesting new tail piece: Our European equipment supplier is aware that market-take up will require either significant quantities of standard equipment or custom designed equipment and we intend to enter into a collaboration with them at the earliest opportunity. | scrutable
19/7/2018 08:02 | I always have to remind myself that RNS' such as these finals are dry, official documents. They obviously don't (and can't) convey the Justin and Neil chat enthusiasm we've become accustomed to but as an official snapshot what more could we have asked for? | anotherdrink
19/7/2018 08:02 | Maybe NR's shotgun comment will come into play soon. | zagrosfold
19/7/2018 08:02 | MMs pushing price down! Seems unwarranted from the buys. | owenga
19/7/2018 08:01 | If I wanted someone to sign up tongue hanging out like lapdog like because a big name has knocked then I can get that with just about all AIMs and that is why I tend to avoid many.\ Didn't hassle do that with Huntsman on exclusivity, How is that isn going then. We aren't talking a big name we are talking China. NR and co didn't fall for it, they could have signed at a more significant scale on the day and come back with something higher up than a non binding LOI. As NR says he could have signed with the Chinese months ago. VRS will only sign if it's right for the company and now Shandong has expanded to many interested it seems. So what are the others offering to secure VRS. Nice to have a fight over VRS in China. | superg1
19/7/2018 08:01 | I think I am looking at the bigger picture which has been highlighted. March has come and gone. | snoopy12
19/7/2018 08:00 | That's some spread... | tini5
19/7/2018 07:59 | Good point Impvesta | rogerbridge
19/7/2018 07:59 | Anyway it's the analysts briefing that will be more important than the results which don't tell us much more than we already knew. | amt
19/7/2018 07:59 | results which are already more than three months behind the curve are roughly what I expected. Good cash position and prudent expenditure. Going forward I am very surprised and impressed with the 3 ton gearing up of production which tells me that there are orders out there to be delivered. Versarien do not spend money unnecessarily and the CFO will only authorise funds if he is convinced by others that there is a need to do so immediately and that the ROC is convincing. The number of potential Chinese deals is mind blowing to me. It was only 1 a few months ago. Given the collaborative agreements which have been signed as far back as October/November last year I would expect delivery on one or two them to begin to come through this year. Well done Neill and everybody else at VRS who continue to deliver and work incredibly hard. It is easy for some to sit back and complain about anything and everything. Most of them do not know what a hard day's work is anymore. Building a company is bloody hard work and sometimes a thankless task. Perhaps they who complain should "invest" in a hole in the ground!! Much easier to lose your money there chaps. Enough said. | phoenixs
19/7/2018 07:58 | Grabster. So what if cash is required. 5 million would be totally insignificant given the market cap. You might be right but that's just my view. We will know who is right in 9 months time. If I am wrong then please remind me to apologise and I will. | amt
19/7/2018 07:57 | Expect another RNS very soon ........ | squire007
19/7/2018 07:56 | Graphene interest in China on-going with 24 potential partners now identified. Joint ventures will be determined by funding levels and IP protection | squire007 |
