26/1/2022 09:01 | It’s a very welcome update and shows they still have a pulse and essentially are a going concern for now. Let’s hopefully hear soon re: trading update and strategic direction. | ddt1455
26/1/2022 08:30 | It isn't part of the business that I bother with really. Don't see any return on the paragraf venture for years. It is an update on the rest of the business that I want. | dubois
26/1/2022 08:28 | Looks like it didn't work and now they are ripping shareholders for part 3 when they said it would be commercial after part 2.All imo good luck to all | 1teepee
26/1/2022 08:26 | 18th June 2019Further to this breakthrough, Paragraf and Verditek have agreed to a second joint development project (JDP) to improve the performance of the cells, develop the opportunity to file patents and, upon attainment of additional performance targets, commence commercial discussions for industrial manufacture and application of the new material. The second JDP is underway with a fast-track schedule of objectives. | 1teepee
26/1/2022 08:17 | Rock star, they have had the deal for years, its simply an update. Verditek pays for it, Pararaf do the development and they would split the profits. | dubois
26/1/2022 07:53 | Always be wary of 2 struggling companies doing a deal. | rock star
25/1/2022 15:09 | Looks like the market makers managed to get hold of 2m shares today due to stop losses. Well done! | ddt1455
25/1/2022 11:51 | I also sense that there is something behind thee Exec share option package announced back in September. There must be something in the pipeline to have made that offer and not some ploy to keep Rob and Dave interested. We will find out soon I reckon | ddt1455
25/1/2022 11:27 | Trouble is ddt don't think anyone will believe any promises for 2022. They have zero credibility left, which is just about the same as how much cash they have left. They are in very serious trouble, imo.Needs a miracle. | astralvision
25/1/2022 11:19 | You’d be a fool to buy now without any update from the company! Still hopeful they have something positive to look forward to. As I said before on this forum. I am not interested in their last year’s sales: I want to see how they break up the operations and are planning to take the company forward. Otherwise it will really be curtains as you can’t survive on hope alone | ddt1455
25/1/2022 11:10 | ...but, on the other hand, why would you buy at 2p? The company appears to be nearing its end. | horseposture
25/1/2022 11:04 | Well, perhaps it's better to recoup 2p now rather than 1p post TU?Who knows, stop losses kick in, dodgy markets, useless company, all sorts of reasons to sell and precious few to buy. | astralvision
25/1/2022 10:49 | Why would you offload now at 2p? All those selling at this price might as well wait for a TU. Surely your losses are so great already that another 2p drop wouldn’t matter much? | ddt1455
25/1/2022 10:33 | Whoops!TU must be close, has someone read it! | astralvision
24/1/2022 16:50 | I think it’s a perfect metaphor for the speed agility of this company. Just plodding along when they actually need somer proper rocket power to instil some enthusiasm in the board and get some orders in. Come on Rob; show us that you still have some juice left | ddt1455
24/1/2022 12:31 | going to need a bit more than a few panels here and there on a yacht, welcome as the news is. | astralvision

18/1/2022 18:30 | Hi ddt, sadly I don't think they can be whipped into shape. They have also proved completely useless at selling or even communicating with shareholders in a straight-forward way. They have to go, holding their heads in shame. My hunch is the stock price may view their departure quite positively. | horseposture
18/1/2022 17:51 | i agree, Dave should be more accountable and whip the team into shape. An accountable politician? Don’t think I have heard that before though! He was offered a sweet share option deal, so it’s surely in his own interest to make it a success. | ddt1455
18/1/2022 16:53 | Lord Willetts, as the chairman of this sorry state of a company, has something to answer for, given the continued and appalling mismanagement under his tenure. | astralvision
18/1/2022 16:37 | The only chance for VDTK is for the whole BOD/management team to be shown the door very fast and for the operations to be sold for whatever can be salvaged. There is no point in spending good money after bad --which is all a new offering would entail. If shareholders all refused to give the company a penny more without a full clear-out of these hopeless creatures, then it would have to happen. Your continued financial donations are crucial to them. | horseposture |
