We have signed an agreement with Lux Optimeyes Energy lda of Portugal to develop a lightweight PV panel manufacturing facility at a site in Moura Portugal. The contract comprises a 10-year licensing agreement in addition to the design, supply and installation of a 10 MW/shift PV manufacturing line based on Verditek Technology.

Bottom line is, as you can see on this board, it's civilised and holders know the huge potential and are not going to give up their shares - hence MM's have to keep moving the price up on small trades. The short term traders haven't arrived and probably won't be interested because of the wide spread so there's very little volatility. Only 6 months ago the director converted his loan at 8p. We are still at half that level and in that time the company has made big strides forward. All very positive.

Worth reminding ourselves this floated at something like 9p a few years ago. The tech is now developed, experienced sales guy at the helm, all is set fair!

Another tick up, can't see a trade that caused that yet, perhaps a decent delayed buy maybe in the works.One thing is for sure, RR ain't in this to make a few pence on his options!!!Still cheap as chips. This could be the SpaceX rocket ?, first stage get the flexible PV sold, plenty of profit in that, second 'booster' stage commercial the graphene enhanced panels and its into orbit we go!Hang onto yer hats!
