Spurious, I agree with most of what you said but not this "I have news for you the leak has been identified and fixed " You are correct if you are referring to the unaffected reactor but, unless you have information that we don't have, the affected reactor remains dormant and presumably "unfixed". It may have been fixed but I can think of no reason they wouldn't be using it again if it was. Surely the insurance company wouldn't object as it would mitigate further losses. Arguing over who pays for what would continue while production continues.

I made a spurious comment in my previous note. TRI's gasification technology which Velocys will be using in the Natchez plant will be used in Fulcrum's plant not the Red Rock Biofuels one. This is actually even more positive since the Fulcrum plant is further along.

Seadiver (2101) "VLS has technical now how to make £££;£££££"

Shouldn't that "now how" be "how now" as in "How now, brown cow"?

P.S. it's spelled "know" as in "knowhow".

wanski

Your concern for my financial welfare and those other muppets on this BB touches my heart but we really don't need your concern because we're big boys who don't cry every time the share price moves a few decimal points so grow up and shut up because the more drivel that spills out of your ugly gob the more of an idiot you look

spurious - So what you saying once the insurance is validated the plant can be restarted.

After this hiccup, how long do you think potential customers would require for testing the plant before convincing themselves it is a viable product. One year or maybe two, personally I would like to see it running at full capacity for at least a year, with no hiccups...whoevers fault it is...

Well folks it was only a matter of time till Wanski's alter ego appears

Fluky post 2090
exact quote
"It does not matter who is to blame, or whether the insurance will pick up the costs, the project developer will take the hit. The longer it takes to fix the issue, the worse Velocys looks as the ENVIA project developer."

An exact quote from another deep thinker or should I say Wanski's alter ego

Let us deal with this line by line from another delusional with a clear agenda to mislead
(1)it does not matter who is to blame

What a stupid remark
Well It clearly does as the fault has nothing to do with Velocys technology as stated by the company but that of ancillary kit
If it had been then Velocys would indeed suffer reputational and financial damage

(2)
You also say it does not matter whether the insurance will pick up the costs

Have you truly lost your marbles

The millions of pounds that will come from a successful claim will mean any losses suffered by Envia inc loss of income will be made good and as a 33% stakeholder in Envia, Velocys will suffer no material losses

(3)
You say the longer it takes to fix the issue the worse Velocys looks as the Envia project developer
I have news for you the leak has been identified and fixed We await the insurance company validating the claim That is all that is holding up an announcement

Fluky you like to pretend you have some technical knowledge to impress any who would give you time You throw in a positive comment about Red Rock to seem impartial but the overwhelming tone is one of total negativity based on lies and deceit.
You are clearly an embittered ex employee with a grudge who will twist and lie to suit your agenda
I hope all on this board will see you for what you are
A cheap fraud
