I think you need a reality check.

That bridging loan has done more damage to this companies Sp than anything else AP could have dreamt up. This was also after he said he would not go down this way of financing.
He has had six months to sort out T2, but as with everything else its not his fault.
Well i have supported him for over a year, this BOMB he has thrown in here and walked away from for his nice holiday is the last straw for me. He now has to get his game play head on and sort this almighty mess out.

I have read that people have been forced to sell at this price because of there losses. Now you are advocating i should sell up and anyone else who dare voice there dismay at this ludicrous decision AP has made.

What happened to the last 1m placing. Two months have gone by and no news.
What happen to the new plant we were told was needed and planed in july.

"Part of the funds raised in the Company's recent placing will be used to pay for the deposit on new dumpers and excavators that should allow for higher equipment availability, ore and waste movement, and plant throughput".

He has also had 3 placing in the last six months, plus this latest BOMB.
He has had T1 also, where has all this money gone, anyone care to guess?

The way the market cap is going if he does get T2 he would have had almost the same amount of money to spend as the market cap is valued.

Anyone investing a sizable amount of their pension in a speculative mining share must need their head testing.

I hope the guy who posted some time ago about being a gardener and having most of his pension invested here hasn't got too badly burned...or better still escaped unharmed from this decline.

I do have to say that the comment from AP that this could have a M/C of 250m in a years time was ridiculous when he said it. But knowing at that time about the finance package he was putting in place was even more than a ridiculous thing to say.

He can say what he likes about berger not being able to short, But one way or another the share price will get squeezed.
He says he has a plan B and C. Well i don't know how they will work out now we have an share price of .31p and falling?

So we now have a market cap of 18m lol.

Sound energy M/C 150m not long ago 1b, revenue nada.
UKOG M/C 75M was not long ago 1b, revenue next to nada.
SOLG M/C 665M not long ago 1b, revenue nada.

These are just three there are many more.

This was under valued at 36m with what they have now.
Just goes to show what one smell of bad finance can do, short term or not.

I do feel for AP, as he was left a mess when he took over a year ago.
I don't care what the share price shows, he has added a vast amount of value here over that year.I do feel he has shot himself in the foot with this last finance package. Even if it does just turn out to be a bridging loan the damage is done. Not just to his reputation, sentiment but to the share price The market will always punish you massively like they did. But even if it turns out to be paid off they might rise you up 10% if you are lucky.
Fast forward 6 months and we will have a true reflection of where we are and if AP is a magician or a clown.

The thing is this is a AIM stock,
Majority of AIM companies have problems with money.
These death spiral financing seems to be being offered more than ever over the last few years. The old way of getting finance was bad enough for PI's, now they have come up with an all new way of making things worse for PI's.

I do have to laugh when people say VAST are asset rich and cash poor.
Whats new there in AIM. I see someone posting that vast are not making money from PP as its going to pay off finance and paying for Eureka.Well if you want to spin negativity thats one way of doing it for your agenda.

If you don't like investing in start up companies, being asset rich or even with no assets at all, Are always struggling with money, then AIM is not for you.

You have also got to expect having nay says trying to say how clever they are and how stupid you are. Well there was a time when some value was added when you got a asset, seems even that adds no value any more.

Vast’s funding has been very poor since Roy death spiral funding. I like AP but he is having cashflow issues and it’s hard work as you are always plate spinning.

Balance sheet somewhat fragile to end Sept.

No wonder the bridge loan was needed.

So just listened to AP on the pod cast.
Come across positive, but he always does.
Says he has plans b and c in place just in case T2 does not come through on time. but does expect it to.
We should be as low as we ever will be now but this is AIM so anything can happen.
I was happy with what i heard, and still think this will turn around over the coming months.
This has been a great year for progress under the stewardship of AP.
but its been a disaster share price wise.
I still think 2019 will be our year.
Merry Christmas to all.

So interim's are out. Not great but most of that news was in the public domain anyway.
I was not expecting the market to react any other way than mark it down. They market it down on each of the two quarterly updates and on any other news that came in that period. So they always repeat the process when interims or finals come out.
So for me all the news that is negative is now out.
Its over to AP now to start the flow of good news in the new year.
I still have faith in AP but it seems he is losing a lot of his support else where.
I can understand, Since getting BP licence any news seems to have been received with a
drop of value. Its now all about getting T2, paying back the so called bridging loan. Then getting any further finance at a respectable deal.Getting the new plant delivered
at Manaila, Getting BP moving towards production. Eureka the same. Then news on the Marange Diamonds.
Its never easy investing in AIM.
