20/12/2018 09:06 | I for one would welcome another Proactive appearance by AP to remind the market why he believes this to be a stock with real potential. And while he's about it, can he just give more detail re the Mercuria delay "due to local administrative reasons". This is a smoke screen phrase which may well be concealing some real problems. | andratx
20/12/2018 08:59 | I think people are missing the point. This is a bridging loan. With a $5.5m off take deal being finalized to pay it off. When you bought your house you had a mortgage on it, if you did not pay it back you lost your house. Did you even consider this fact at the time, no. Did you think next months paycheck would not arrive. AP knows how close or not he is to getting T2. I don't think for one minute he would have gone down this line for financing if he thought T2 would not arrive in the near future. So people say why not wait, some were saying why wait just dilute. Well there you have two differing views. Then you would have had people saying why did you dilute at this level.Or why are you just sat on your ass, just get BP producing. I believe this is the correct move. ITS a bridging loan to get us over the problem we face at this moment. I am sure if our friendly bank manager would have given then a bridging loan he would have gone and seen him. But we all know the banks don't lend to business anymore. | footloose2
20/12/2018 08:34 | I doubt anyone got in anywhere near the lows. But i bet a few sold. | footloose2
20/12/2018 08:31 | Going to have a go at recovery Tiger trail post on lse re dilution potential got me thinking Uh oh Took my proceeds from last night and bought back. Now own 15% more shares. Recovery to original price paid gets m a 14% profit Come on 0.0041 | electrick
20/12/2018 08:29 | Why didnt they just crowdfund at 0.3p Would have raised that money in 15 minutes | dave4545
20/12/2018 08:28 | Look, At this moment its a bridging loan, nothing more. AP says T2 will come, so what is your problem. We can now start to get BP up and running. I'ts not as if we don't have $5.5m off take deal going through is it. Today people see it for what it could be. In a months time people will be able to comment if it was a good deal to get things ordered and progressing, or a death spiral. only time will tell. | footloose2
20/12/2018 08:23 | Not defending them but history in Vast says when things cannot get any worse is the time to buy them. The last time was when it was all doom and gloom and the price hit 0.1p, 3-4 months later they were 0.6p Money can be made, do not think anybody got a quote to buy at 0.25p | dave4545
20/12/2018 08:20 | Guess a lot of averaging down will be happening this morning...? | babbler
20/12/2018 08:09 | Ap is a wuss | ic0gcds00
20/12/2018 07:56 | This is being lined up to fail drowning in debt. It doesnt have to be this way but thats how AIM works and some are unfortunately in the wrong share at the wrong time. Have a look at how they are killing ABM | aidenabettin
20/12/2018 07:53 | This all hinges on Mercuria stumping up T2. If they don't then ....lights out. Concern now is that Mercuria take a look at the direction of the share price, the bridging facility and think twice about why they would bother. | greenrichard
20/12/2018 07:44 | Game over. Already 40 percent down. This will go under 0.1 in the next few days. I know AP wasnt the man for the job | the_fiddler
20/12/2018 07:40 | Death spiral unless T2 is resolved very quickly!!!!! Desperation Yes I sold yesterday. At a10% loss But how can this bridge be seen for anything other than desperate news showing the company are clinging on. Absolute prey in this market.... cash is king and shareholders are going to suffer I believe | electrick
20/12/2018 07:35 | And there you have it the company saidthey wouldn’t raise finance through convertible securities with a conversion price linked to the share price at the date of conversion. They now have.... T2 delayed further with no real reason Desperation I am afraid and the market knew. Hence the drop. Expect a further slide today | electrick
20/12/2018 07:33 | So lets look at this funding. If you are a holder its great news as we can move BP along. If you sold it bad news because you want it to be bad as you sold. Then you get the people that have been burnt here in the past and everything is classed as bad news. Then you get the trolls that just do what it says on the box and troll. | footloose2
20/12/2018 07:17 | RNS..funding sorted... | carla1 |
