i am sure they will rise over time.
But the threat of dilution there is the biggest concern at the moment.
But i am watching them and a lot of others also.

johncasey.

Well you could be right, they all work together after all.
There is no reason for the spread to be as large as they are, thats on every share.
I was closing a long position (not vast) on IG the other day, it took me almost 2 hours of constant hitting the close button, every now and again they would close a small percent, they wanted me to take a lower price. I have finished with them now, i
expect to be able to close a position as easy as i open them.
As for news, Well we are waiting for governments and solicitors so who know how long they will stretch it out for. Its seems some investors have never bought even a house to understand how solicitors work. As for governments, they are a law upon themselves.
AP will want the news as fast as we do. But he gets it in the neck from investors when its not his fault. Its like the share price it is being traded on very small volume, the mm's are obliging it as they are making a small amount of money from it.

I told you months ago you have not been able to go long on VAST for a year now.
We have been told by AP that he is in talks with II'S. its like watching the dragons den here. You have the people that have put all the money up and took the risk to get the company to where we are today. And they now want to come in as cheap as they can to make the money. With the help of there mates the MM's.

The best part is what they put in will not be a fraction of the money PI's have put in here over the years. The facts are its a rigged market it always has been and always will be. I am at my full limit here now.The only way to win here is to buy as many as you can at this price, because this will soon re rate and in a few years will pay a divi, and if you get in at this price that divi will be worth a lot of money.
I am as sure as i have ever been that AP is going to turn this into a mid tier company.

I cannot see anyone getting away a 33 mil sell at that price. Must be a buy. All buys after that were at an increasing price. Unless it was a worked sell and now the sellers finished.

One thing i will say, is AP bought in the last but one placing at 0.6p.
He is the one in the know. Do you really think he would have bought in at that price not knowing what will be coming in the near future.

He would have know at the time that Q3 update was going to have a negative effect.
In my opinion he bought in at that price knowing the market would mark it down, but also knowing that investors could not say he bought in at the lows. He knows imo that his buy at 0.6p will be an absolute bargain in the near future.

The problem here at the moment is AP is trying to do everything on the cheap.
Not that he wants to, but he is very concerned that share holders do not get diluted to death. I have to agree with his actions. Its better to grow the company organically
if he can, well as near as he can. We all want results tomorrow but if you don't have the money you have to do it slower, but at the end of the day you get there all the same. Now from what he says regarding the diamonds,I believe he needs to dilute us to get the job done faster. From what he forecast it would be short time pain for long time gain. The problem is if you are a short term investor you would hate it. but for a long term investor its the way to go.That is why i hate where we are regarding the share price The share price is being punished for where the company is today, not one penny is priced in for the future growth. Which means when you have to dilute you are being raped of the progress you have made because a fair price is not what you have. You only have to look at the progress that AP has made here over the last year, yet we are still having to dilute at prices that are imo 50% lower than the share price should be.

But AP will get share holder value in the end, that i am sure of.
He has to be one of if not the hardest working, honest CEO i have come across in all the years i have been investing, and that includes all markets.

I have just listened to the Q and A from yesterday.
He AP does come across very open.
It all looks very optimistic here.
Just a case of sitting back and letting AP and his team do there work.
I did like the bit at the end where he said he though the Market cap could or should be around 250m. Well we know he will be adding around 8m when he gets some institution
on board in the near future. But i would be happy if in a years time we have a market
cap of 50m.
