20/12/2018 07:01 | I do wonder about some people knowledge of the way the stock market works. You have some one on LSE posting this. If institutions are genuinely interested, why issue more shares for them? That just adds to the number of shares in issue, increases the Mcap and doesn’t alleviate the fact there are still billions of shares in free float. Normally an institution would be happy to buy on the open market and reduce the free float, especially if they saw value in the company, that’s exactly what is needed here because you have a silly amount of vacant shares -------------------- Well i will explain this. Yes ii's could buy in the open market. But the simple fact is VAST need money, if said ii's bought on the open market vast would not receive any money. If and when they are offered to buy new shares vast then get that money. | footloose2

19/12/2018 20:38 | GOLD UP,OIL DOWN...great for resource stocks..will turn soon | johncasey
19/12/2018 20:14 | I stand by those comments. There are plenty of company share prices holding or not in anyway suffering the decline VAST has seen. Sure some other have and I would suggest they have their own issues. Liquidity often or delays and “excuses “ exacerbating. Whether a fund raise, a delay is In T2 due to not meeting conditions, issues with SPV and JV or continued decrease in production( promised to be rectified at some point.... We shall see soon enough | electrick
19/12/2018 18:48 | Electrick - bad news or, more likely, the result of a dire aim market market for resource stocks. AIM is down 30% in a couple of months and i would guess that the resource sector (within the wider market) is down by more than that. Selling across the board has exacerbated over the past week - many stocks have capitulated - if it was us alone, i would be worried - however, i just simply put it down to the market. | wooster4
19/12/2018 18:19 | 'If you look at the trading patterns it is obvious whats happening.' Not to me Could you explain do you think? | sandcrab2
19/12/2018 17:45 | Richard If all people who invested told the truth, we all get robbed when investing in AIM. I see people post that they made a fortune here and there. ALL and i mean all the people i actually know who invested in AIM have had there pants pulled down. Then there are all the shares i have invested in or have watched over many years that have ended up being frauds. In about 10 years i have had 2 good results, what a record that is. electrick Those Comments are in fact correct. What is not needed is comments like you just made,"There is obviously bad news coming and some know and pi do not" If you look at the trading patterns it is obvious whats happening. Its just unfortunate that some like you get caught in the net. Best of luck. | footloose2
19/12/2018 17:09 | Argh. A quick 10% loss for me Self enforced stop loss The rush to sell into the close was my red flag. General view on why share price is fallen by. Seems to be “dunno” Comments like “it’s too cheap” “ half the assets worth the mcap” “ diamonds are free” etc are pointless There is obviously bad news coming and some know and pi do not I lost | electrick
19/12/2018 17:07 | Richard Now there you go spoiling it "administration". Don't be silly. | footloose2
19/12/2018 17:04 | Taken from LSE, say exactly what i think. As a heavily invested fellow LTH, I am also feeling the pain and don't relish looking at my portfolios these days (a sea of red with the occasional smattering of blue). However, let's not go down this negative chat route with VAST. It's no wonder no-one's buying in. If they look at this board, they'll run a mile. AP is working to build a mid-tier mining business in rapid time. He's running the business on a lean budget and working on numerous fronts to deliver significant value uplift. We've all identified this is a company that is seriously under-valued on a project-by-project basis. Fundamentally the asset base is covering our investment by multiples. Let's give him time to deliver it. I know the end of this year is nigh. However, who would have thought he'd have unearthed the projects / opportunities we have seen at the start of this year? Now we need a period of delivery on the project fronts. The market is awful at present and is clearly contributing towards the decline in the share price I'm not happy with where it sits (I'm north of 0.60 to break even and no available funds to average down). I do, however, believe it will climb back up rapidly off the back of T2 and / or Marange confirmation news. Whether that news comes before Christmas or in January, I don't think it will be critical in the long run. I am conscious the MMs are continuing to walk this down whilst waiting for news. I see 2019 as the year that the company starts reporting strong revenues / profits and a correspondingly strong re-rate too. Best wishes to all fellow investors, and to AP and his team. | footloose2
19/12/2018 16:59 | Watching at the moment. Something doesn't seem right. This will either rebound sharply at some point or go into administration. | greenrichard
19/12/2018 16:53 | green Well no one can argue you were wrong to sell. Its just a question of what you reinvested in,or not? | footloose2
19/12/2018 16:37 | Another cracking day of traders being allowed to manipulate the price. MM's getting there pound of flesh accommodating them. AIM at its best this. People say its all jam tomorrow, well is not all investing investing in whats going to happen tomorrow next week, next month, next year. | footloose2
19/12/2018 16:34 | Glad I binned half at 0.6 and the other half at .57 | greenrichard
19/12/2018 15:57 | Well i am sorry for your loses. | footloose2
18/12/2018 17:42 | 2 rollovers of 5.5 million each!!! showing as buys. | toby tots
18/12/2018 16:57 | spread bet firms have rolled decmber now..they bank on you selling when you make a profit now.. but you have to resist for the big payday..this is one spread bet i will leave for 2 years at least and will top up if they allow buying again | johncasey
18/12/2018 16:49 | I'm not a great one for conspiracy theories, but it's puzzling to see that the Offer price of .4 is dropped to .39 and another 27 million shares are bought. In the scheme of things, not a lot but ordinarily one would expect the price to rise rather than fall. Or am I missing something? | andratx
18/12/2018 15:08 | March 2018, amends the existing loan and guarantee agreement as follows: Includes Charge over all Romanian assets to be released on 31 December 2018, or earlier, following repayment of a further US$1.5 million in aggregate in accordance with the accelerated repayment schedule. | electrick
18/12/2018 15:06 | Drawdown of Tranche B is subject, in addition to customary due diligence and agreement of documentation, to a technical and financial due diligence on Manaila and Baita Plai and the completion of a Baita Plai plant investment plan validating the business of that mine. Tranche B would be secured on the Romanian assets of the Company. Okay. What’s the hold up?? | electrick |
